WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!! The lady speaks with bad attitude. My first and last time at that business . Please take your money somewhere!!!

This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been in! They were out of mostly everything. We waited over ten minutes before one of the three workers took our order. They were more concerned with getting online orders completed than servicing the people in the store.

Its really sad to come on here and see this place is just not good with customer service at all. I got there around 2:30 wanted fresh vegetables. The lettuce looked old and the tomatoes were soft with spots on them. It was about maybe 15 slices left. I asked for a fresh tomato and was told no. They only cut a new tomato once it's empty. I politely walked out it and will never return again.

Customer service was absolutely disgusting! Instant attitude and as far as the items needed to get through the day were not filled. As if the morning prep crew made everything and the 2 boys did not want to make anything else. Confrontational when it came to repeating my order numerous times was insane.

Go elsewhere they’re horrible. I ordered from there through their app, but had DoorDash deliver the DoorDasher Deliver the wrong food I tried to call and text the DoorDash worker he didn’t answer. I called DoorDash. They said there was nothing they can do even though it was partially their workers fault because I think he should have made sure that the correct order was going to the correct home. Yes, I understand people make mistakes but when you didn’t answer my call or text or DoorDash call or text so they say then there’s a problem. I blame SUBWAY® because when the DoorDashers come in asking for the order, make sure you have the correct order. Also, SUBWAY® is at fault because they’re not answering my phone calls nor am I able to contact them in other way. I’m not able to get a redelivery or a refund unless SUBWAY® refund it before they’re not answering their phone. This is not this SUBWAY® location first time screwing up. This is the third, and this is my last time dealing with this particular location. The first time should’ve been enough, but I guess it wasn’t. Avoid this location at all cost and DoorDash if you can. I can’t go out and get it because I don’t have a vehicle at the moment and that’s why I paid for delivery service. I can tell you this I won’t use that SUBWAY® again nor will I use DoorDash DoorDash is horrible. I will be calling my bank I have proof of everything.

Customer service was deplorable. I was ignored for at least 2 min while employees were walking around the counter. I attempted to place an online order for the General Manager at my job but my phone died and the lady who eventually even addressed my existence barely spoke English was rude and told me I couldn’t use the outlet to simply place the order. Not only did I NOT patronize this business but I NEVER will. I asked multiple times for the Manager’s number as well as the store number and was denied multiple times until I asked to purchase a cookie knowing that the information was on the receipt. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Subway before

My currier tried to pick up the food and they refused to give it to him. He felt like they were being racists against him, two other drivers cancelled my order for the same reason. I tried calling and they ignored the phone calls, the voicemail is full. And they would also hang up on me. We ended up cancelling the order. But this restaurant needs to be evaluated for unethical practices and bad customer service.

I live in the area and today is my final time bringing my business to this location. I hate having to drive 6 miles to the next subway for good service or even to get the basics to make a sandwich.This place is always missing 1 of the breads advertised, ATLEAST 2 toppings, aging toppings, the servers are too low to hear, the energy is low, the fresh drinks are nearly empty, I called twice before I went to see if they would have all ingredients and no one answered the phone, I went inside and called the phone while I WATCHED 2 people not even attempt to answer the ringing phone. At first I gave this place the benefit of the doubt that it was just my luck of the days I went 2-3 times. This has been over 6 time now I have had to leave and go into Missouri city near Kroger to get what I want on a sandwich. Please do yourself a favor and just pass this place up if you want subway. FM 521 and Hwy 6 will waste your time and money.

I placed an app order on 4/15 for pick up at 7:30 p.m. The two gentleman working in the shop this evening were very rude to several customers (not me), and moved extremely slow. My food was ATROCIOUS. I requested mustard on my sub, not a sub floating on a river of mustard. It was literally oozing out of every crevice of the sandwich, rendering it inedible. The other sub was dry and scrawny, even though I ordered mayo and paid for double meat. Thank goodness I had chips and sweet tea to hold me over till the morning, because I'm too frustrated to go anywhere else. Overall, a horrible experience. Zero stars, would not recommend. ⭐️

Lorena. Has the worst attitude ever , I always come here on my lunch due to it being the closest thing by my house , and this employee has a very bad attitude every visit , prior visits I let go due to the fact that everyone day might not be well, but this lady just don’t want this job and it’s show.
