I recently stopped by 407 Nutrition to grab some smoothies for my daughter before her basketball game, and I’m so glad I did! I mistakenly thought it was just a supplement store. Brooks helped us, and he was incredibly kind and helpful.
It was so refreshing to find a smoothie shop that doesn’t load their drinks with added sugars and unnecessary junk. This place is perfect for a pre-game snack! We ordered three different smoothies, and every one of them was packed with wholesome, nutritious ingredients.
We’ll definitely be back—my only regret is not visiting sooner! Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious, healthy smoothies.

I just popped in for a pick me up wildberry protein smoothie (my favorite kind) after a morning of cutting down and chipping up trees in Argyle on a 111 degree day.The young man behind the counter was friendly calm and relaxed. The smoothie itself is fresh and deliciousMy only recommendation is that the business create a full smoothie menu, people are simple and especially on a sizzling day, like for options to be laid out for them. The establishment has an old time western saloon feel. The product was delicious. 5 stars.

The most delicious protein shakes and energizing teas. Every single flavor I’ve tried (and believe me I’ve tried quite a few!) is absolutely delicious but my all time favorite shake is cake batter.
