I honestly never thought I would leave a 1 star review on any of Marty B’s locations. I moved to Argyle almost two years ago and have been nothing but impressed with every restaurant operating through Marty B. We have tried every location multiple times and I give lots of publicity to his restaurants by letting everyone know including out of town visitors how great these places are. Unfortunately, Branded bowls missed the customer service mark this week. I have at least five times called my order in over the phone over the past year to Branded Bowls and requested to just order over the phone and pick it up. It has never been an issue. I realize that the standard practice of branded bowls is to only take online orders. I also only do this at times because my wife is an Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner and has unusual hours which leaves me with our 1.5 year old, 5 year old and 12 year old children. I am usually needing to pick them up from daycare and order quickly and not pull over to put in an order online. When I called to give my order, I was told that they don’t do orders over the phone and was given the phone to the manager. The manager spoke to me in an unpleasant tone and said “We don’t take orders over the phone”. I replied and said “I have done this several times and will be there in just two minutes to pay and I’ve done this several times” He responded “No you haven’t”. I obviously didn’t appreciate being told that I’m not truthful as a customer. I replied “Well I guess you don’t want my money to make a purchase today” He said “nope”. The conversation then ended and I picked up food elsewhere. I hope this is read and given the attention it deserves and customers at branded bowls will be treated better in the future.

This is like my 25th time coming here in this year. Generous food portion and varieties for a health meal. Wow what else we can ask for. I ditch chipotle and go here when ever I feel like eating fresh. And the service is also A class. Like premium treatment u get at Chick-fil-A. In short it is like Chick-fil-A of Chipotle bowls. Plz keep up the same work.

Better Chipotle at a better price and it’s a local business!
Came in for the first time to check this place out. Went ahead and made a custom bowl similar to Chipotle but there are so many more options here which is great! I sit down and not even a minute in a spill my water like a total klutz. Brian the owner comes over and gives me a bit of grief (as he should) and we get to talking and tells about his business. Great guy and even better food.
Perfect lunch or breakfast place especially for hungry individuals like myself!

OMG! I don't put this lightly when I say THIS PLACE MAKES CHIPOTLE LOOK LIKE ARBYS! The quality is outstanding, the flavor is delicious. The chimichurri is phenomenal and I was so excited when I saw they offered it! They have so many options for ingredients that it was hard to choose. I will definitely be going back. The service was great too!
