We took my mom here for Mother's Day weekend and the food was so good. Then had out of town company and went back last night. It did not disappoint. We sat on the patio and Krisandra was our server. She was on it! Great recommendations and knowledge- the Asada was delicious and we love the enchiladas. The fresh tortillas and the warm chips Were on point. (Very important for me). It might be a little bit pricier than other Mexican restaurants, but it's worth it!
My uncle felt like it was the "best Mexican food he's ever had". (Oh, and try the ice cream cake) Highly recommend this restaurant!

Tried this place for a dinner/birthday. The staff is superb and very attentive, the margaritas are delicious and just the right amount of tequila, the food is really good, kinda pricey, the atmosphere is great. A fun place to eat or go to the bar. I will for sure return.

We had such a great experience at Cactus Canyon! Our server, Matthew, was absolutely incredible—so kind, sweet, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially with my toddler who was having a bit of a wild moment. Matthew was patient, friendly, and truly made the experience so enjoyable. He even offered to walk my son around so I could eat my food in peace! He is one of a kind and we are so grateful he was our server!
The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. We’re still thinking about the bacon-wrapped jalapeño shrimp—definitely the highlight of our meal! Everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We wish we had taken pictures to capture it all!
10/10—we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Currently licking the bowl of the Sopapilla Cheesecake as I write this. Filet fajitas and stuffed shrimp were insanely good. Not a Karen Margarita was perfection. Our server Carter was fantastic and manager Chris attentive and friendly. Going to have to figure out what restaurant gets kicked out of our rotation to visit Cactus Canyon more often!

Service at the bar was great. I don’t like the food, but my husband does. The part that ran us off is the rude hostesses. Long story short. They are on a power trip and we won’t be returning.
Smiling and welcoming service. Friendly atmosphere. Tasty food . Our most favorite desert 5 layer cake makes the day perfect. I always enjoyed coming and we brought our friends and family to have a good time together.
