The server was sweet but they gave me the wrong salad order and no dressing in my to-go order. I was hoping for a new and improved experience with the remodel and reopening. Sad it’s the same.

Where is the cheese? I always loved this place as Earls 377. When I saw the new version of a name I was really hoping that Earl wasn’t going to continue to be so stingy with his cheese. We got a cheese pizza tonight and still the same…amazing crust, incredible sauce, and very little cheese. Cheese it up more Earl and I’ll hand out another star.

It’s been a few months since we last ordered take out from Earl’s, but we’ve done it a lot over the past few years and we’ve eaten there several times as well. Today, I called and was unable to talk to a person to place an order. I only had the option of them texting me a link, which I found annoying. We really wanted the Spirit of a Hero Pizza, so I decided to do the electronic order. I found it even more annoying that there is a convenience fee for ordering online. It wasn’t convenient, I didn’t want to place an order online in the first place. They should give a discount for doing that. Also, it defaulted with a tip. What’s the tip for? I’m placing the order, I’m picking it up. Tips are for the service, not the product. Earl’s lost a customer today.

Showed up on Friday night and we were excited to try this place. They sat us right away but on the porch area- had family from out of town and wanted to sit inside for the atmosphere - was told we couldn’t- asked if we could wait so we could sit inside - wouldn’t budge and was so negative and I think it was a manager- terrible customer service. Stayed anyway but when we waited a few minutes and no one had even come to greet the table we left and went to Joes in Justin. Won’t be back.
