Fix the online ordering issues! Over the past couple of months the online ordering is constantly having "connectivity issues" which is VERY annoying. I'm ordering from another company ....again.
We order from this store at least one time a week online. We love their food. today was a poor excuse for customer service. We ordered 3 Med Pizzas, Pasta & Bread Sticks. We received 3 pizzas, the pasta and 2 pieces of small garlic bread. So we called to find out what the heck happened. The female manager acted like it wasn't their fault that labor day kicked their butt. WHO'S FAULT WAS IT? I have never spoken to a female manager only a male until tonight.
