Just picked up lunch and found a long hair inside my drink!
This Sonic is super convenient in Argyle and the staff is always friendly and professional. We typically just get the yummy drinks using the app. For food it is consistent with other Sonic’s - the drinks, corn dogs, and mozarella sticks are the best things on the menu. I always try and go to this location because of the excellent service and friendly staff.

No breakfast available at 7:30am? Okay fine, corn dog and drink - 15 minutes for a corn dog, forgot my drink. Whoever runs this location is a joke- not the first time we've waited 10+ minutes for a small order or had food forgotten. The staff is fine, friendly and apologetic, but whoever orders product and sets their opperation standards is obviously not qualified to do so.

Ordered a quarter pounder double cheeseburger last week. It was one price last week. It's a different price this week. The employee says I have to order it on the app to get the special price which I didn't have to do the first time and then I went on the app and it still didn't have the special price.
Well this is the only Sonic inside of a Shell gas station that I have come across so far I know that they are other sonics out there where you can actually go in there and it's actually Sonic where you can sit in there You don't have to worry about it being shared with a gas station but also not to mention used to be able to call in and place your order with Sonic and you didn't have to worry about having to deal with the using the app you know which was really convenient and it did help a lot because if you're a person that's trying to you know grab you something you know for breakfast you know to take something to work with you and you haven't had a chance to fix you nothing at home for to take and eat for breakfast you want to be able to take a call into the restaurant and place your order and that way they can go ahead and get it started and you let them know how long it'll be before you get there okay But this place it seems like these people are either too act like they don't want to be bothered you know and you got a lot of teenagers know actually working at these places and when you said they're trying to place your order you got to make sure that you repeat your order to them so they can make sure they get it right but also you got to remember that you got a majority of the people that's working in these places they don't understand English that well so of course you know they are going to have to translate to the person that's in the kitchen cooking the food because they Don't understand English at all okay or either they claim they don't understand English but the majority of them people they understand English very well they just don't choose to want to have to deal with no people you know when it comes to know having to relay to them what it is they're there to purchase meeting when they purchase trying to give their order they want to make sure that they get what they're paying for Not have these individuals portioning out food to them okay My thing is for the price isn't nowadays that most of these places have went up drastically and a lot of you I'm sure have seen the prices on a lot of these food items have definitely doubled they have definitely increased even in the grocery stores they've increased a lot All right So If you're spending your money you should be able to as a customer as a paying customer you have the right to take and make sure that these individuals taking your order get your food right and if it's not right you have the right to definitely give it back to them and let them know sir ma'am Hey you mess my order up this is not what I ordered I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way I asked for this or that again bottom line is you have a right to take in you know let them know that they mess the order up and if they can please fix it and make it the way that you ask for it to be made because you are the one that's paying the money okay I don't care if those individuals is taking your order or the people in the kitchen get an attitude cuz they got to fix it over it's not your fault That's not your problem it's theirs because if they follow the directions that you gave the person taking your order and the person that took your order was supposed to relay that information to the people in the kitchen because if for one it's on the screen So if the people looking at the screen can't understand English and they're not taking and making the food the way that it's supposed to be made that's the fault of the people in the kitchen that's making the food not the father of the patron the paying customer it's the father of the people that's supposed to be fixing the food they supposed to pay attention to what the screen says and what the orders were pertaining to the instructions on how the customer who's paying the money told them how they want their food made because of the end of the day like the saying goes

Ordered large mozzarella sticks and asked for marinara. Wasn't given any and when I asked for some he gave me one. I asked for a couple more and he said "you only get a certain amount with the small mozzarella sticks." Well I ordered a large. Can I get two more. Only handed me one more and was kind of rude about it. I'm tired of not getting marinara or getting shorted marinara. Will not be coming back. I don't see what the problem is with asking for 3 marinara for a large mozzarella sticks and didn't appreciate having to argue with the employee JUST TO GET TWO MARINARA.
Most staff encounters are unfriendly. This morning went to get a drink and asked for a straw and she snapped back “I already gave you one” —nope, if you had I wouldn’t have asked for one. Customer service is important- maybe teach your staff that!
As predictable as it gets, unhealthy but tasty fast food, quick, and polite service...wasn't very busy or in the nicest part of DFW, but you couldn't tell that by the food and service.

Well that was the first and last time I ever ordered takeout online for this place. Of course there's an item missing and because they made me use doordash system now they're refusing to refund any money. Make sure you make them unbag everything they've bagged if you have lots of items.
