There was no bread, I went back today 12/5 and the systems were down. There was no offer to pay cash or write my card info down, they just denied my service. I have been to subway 4 times in the last 30-45 days and 3 of those times i had to fight with an employee to get a sandwhich made or was refused a sandwhich

Last night I stopped to grab a couple of subways and received the best service by Aiden. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend Subway in Argyle!

This used to be a great place, but they have went downhill fast. The bread isn't fresh, the toppings are old and and it's a waste of your money. I wish I could take a picture of this sandwich so you could see how bad it is . Worst management ever !

Ordered 12 inch cold cut, extra meat. I thought it was strange, young man took the bread and started to cut it, stopped put it back. He grabbed another one cut it and made my sandwich, it cost me $13 and change. I get home and the top of the bread is hard as a rock, what a joke for 13 bucks. I don’t call managers/owners of establishments that treat me this way, I don’t go back. I can go an extra half mile the other direction to Bartonville Subway, and that’s what will happen the next time I need a sandwich.

I come here quite often for lunch. I like subways sandwiches and always look forward to eating here, but this past month has been something. There is typically only 2-3 people behind the counter, which is fine. But there is a guy in a black collared shirt who is always on his phone while the other employees are working! He has served me a few times; I felt very disrespected and almost not listened too by him. One time he took care of me and didnt know how to make a dipper or a salad. I then asked one of the following employees who that man was and they said that was the new manager of the store! I usually come here and get great service but definitely not this past month.

Always enjoy coming to this Subway since I work close by. But lately I've noticed that the employees are young and often struggle to get my order right. I understand it but when the employees are playing with each other and not attending the customer it's frustrating. Also, the quality of the veggies have gone down.

Heather is always a rockstar everytime iv been in, however sticking newer sandwich artists with her during peak hours is wildly inefficient and will ultimately push her (a good employee) away.

I haven’t been to subway in 10 years but due to a required diet change I decided to give subway a try again. I went to this location 3 times and it’s unsurprising why subway is a failing business. This was the experience from one of my three visits but each experience was relatively similar.

There were 2 employees and 8 customers in line. One of the employees thought it was a good idea to count bags of chips instead of assisting their colleague on the line.

I don’t blame the employee but rather poor leadership within the store.
