I come here quite often for lunch. I like subways sandwiches and always look forward to eating here, but this past month has been something. There is typically only 2-3 people behind the counter, which is fine. But there is a guy in a black collared shirt who is always on his phone while the other employees are working! He has served me a few times; I felt very disrespected and almost not listened too by him. One time he took care of me and didnt know how to make a dipper or a salad. I then asked one of the following employees who that man was and they said that was the new manager of the store! I usually come here and get great service but definitely not this past month.

Always enjoy coming to this Subway since I work close by. But lately I've noticed that the employees are young and often struggle to get my order right. I understand it but when the employees are playing with each other and not attending the customer it's frustrating. Also, the quality of the veggies have gone down.

Heather is always a rockstar everytime iv been in, however sticking newer sandwich artists with her during peak hours is wildly inefficient and will ultimately push her (a good employee) away.

I haven’t been to subway in 10 years but due to a required diet change I decided to give subway a try again. I went to this location 3 times and it’s unsurprising why subway is a failing business. This was the experience from one of my three visits but each experience was relatively similar.
There were 2 employees and 8 customers in line. One of the employees thought it was a good idea to count bags of chips instead of assisting their colleague on the line.
I don’t blame the employee but rather poor leadership within the store.

I showed up to grab breakfast before work and the hours say on the door they open at 9 and they were still closed someone was behind the counter and never looked up while I was standing at the door won't be back to this location

Very disappointed that they switched to Pepsi. May not come back. Girl behind the counter dugout a left over bottle of Coke Zero. Only reason I didn't leave.

Bread was like a rock. Tomatoes were skin. Lettuce brown. Avoided the poor looking meat. Threw 2 sandwiches in trash as could not bite the bread. Should be closed.

I find that it’s always slow each time I’ve gone in. Doesn’t matter if there’s 10 people in line or 2. Employees seem to move at pace fitting a tortoise out for a Sunday stroll
We went in on Saturday 11/19/24 around 7 pm. Gavin and Joseph treated us very well. They were both very helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcome. Our order was correct and the food was good. Thanks guys!!!

Today I went to Subway for lunch when I walked in there was a line and one lady making all the sandwiches. I feel very bad for her, but not once did I see her get frustrated or lose control of the situation she took care of all the customers very gratefully.

Worst subway yet. 3 slices of ham on a 12 inch!! And when I told them that wasn’t right they talked down to me and said this is how it always has been. 3 slices! 12 inches! $15 !!! I’ll never be back

I am fairly sure that the staff did not want to deal with my order. I needed 7 sandwiches and was trying to be considerate and was told they could not take the order over the phone and their online ordering was not working. Went in to order and was treated quite rudely. I have never had a good experience at this Subway.
