Doordasher here, and just honestly concerned person. The employees that worked 11/3/24 were some of the rudest and slowest I've ever encountered while dashing, first order I had took 13 minutes past the pickup time. The third one? Was thrown, not placed.. THROWN on the counter, kid rolled his eyes and went off laughing with the others in the back.

Also not sure how having food on the ground, is sanitary in a kitchen? Photo was taken during wait for 3rd order around two hours after I noticed the floor the first time.

This is a new Taco Bell location, and they seem to be doing well, especially since we don't have very many fast food restaurants in the area. They always get our orders correct. They seem to have a good system in place to where everyone is engaged with getting the orders out quickly and accurately. The food always tastes fresh and rarely as pictured. I hope they continue to do well there because we enjoy going there... especially for the Cinnabon balls (OMG, so good).

When this location first opened it was really good, now it's REALLY bad. Quick rundown:

Order: $32

Food: All items fell below average for Taco Bell food. Chalupa shells should be soft and warm, mine were dry and stiff. A couple bites even had a crunch to them. They weren't good as a whole.

Wait Time: 20+ minute and it wasn't busy. There was a group of 3 in the lobby with us and that's it. I was very close to getting a refund as they were calling my name. At 10 minutes I would have accepted it, although that's still a long time.

Staff: Not friendly. I don't expect much from fast food workers anyway so this doesn't affect the score. You have to be incredibly rude for me to care at all and they weren't.

Atmosphere: The lobby music was good but someone in the kitchen must have been sampling their mixtape because it sucked. BAD. Made the experience feel trashy and the food taste worse.

Bathrooms: Ok at best. Floor was littered with T. P. and the toilet wasn't flushed but that's just people being nasty.

Soda: I'm excited to talk about this because I had to taste nearly every flavor because all of them were gross. Mind-blowing. They need to get their machines checked because it was soda water forward on each flavor, making all of them sour/tart.

Lobby: Above average. I like the patio setup.

I hope next time I come they get back to where they started. They were friendly, fast, and the food was excellent.

I order two stackers and then received two double stacked tacos . When I told the employee she argued that the two double stacked tacos I got were actually stackers .. ridiculous.

Came in today at 10am to grab a quick breakfast while I’m working and everyone just ignored me as I stood at the register . I even let a woman know I wanted to place an order and still was ignored . Walked out not going to waste my time at the Taco Bell anymore

The entire lobby is filthy, I had to wipe down my own table.
I waited ten minutes for a cup/food.
My food was both cold and stale.
The kitchen staff was screaming.
All the wheelchair accessible tables were blocked off.

There were zero other customers, and it was this bad ?

If you plan on going through the drive thru, make sure to check everything. I asked for 4 cheesy Gordita crunches and when I got home to unwrap there was no Gordita, only the hard shell with the fixings inside. I did a mobile order and when I called to complain, they said to complain on the app pretty much, so I did and still haven’t heard anything back. So please check your food.

Make sure when you're giving your order to these people that you double check and repeat your order to them because they have a tendency of messing up your order not to mention when you walk in there it should be somebody there to take your order soon as you walk in the door You shouldn't have to stand there in almost no two or three minutes to wait for somebody to come up to the register to take your order that's ridiculous see they have gotten so lazy at a lot of these fast food places they want you to use the kiosk in a lot of times the kiosk if you have a certain way you want your food to be prepared and made the kiosk doesn't allow you to option to do that so you have to have someone at the counter to take your order and let the people in the back making your food to let them know how to make your food and how to prepare your order because again the kiosk doesn't allow you the option to customize your order to your liking but these people when you try to get their attention they act like they're too busy or they don't have time to come to the counter to take your order So you definitely got to take him stay on top of these people cuz they have gotten lazy at a lot of these fast food places Make sure you check your food before you pull off and before you leave the establishment because they have a tendency in a bad habit of not putting everything that you ordered in the bag and then if you pull off and get halfway down the road then you realize when you reaching the bag trying to get your food you realize that you missing some stuff because they didn't do but they were supposed to do in regards to doing their job

This is the second time in one week that the food has been incorrect. First time they said they ran out of beef. How can a taco restaurant run out of ground beef! Second I ordered a cheese quesadilla and they just completely left off the creamy jalapeno sauce. If I wanted most cheese and tortilla I could have made it myself at home. Terrible customer service. Time to reassess who you have working for you Taco Bell.

‼️ WARNING ‼️ Do not eat at this location past 11pm. I just got salmonella poisoning 5 days ago. The pain is excruciating! Even the staff is different at night. The whole crew is South Americans that must have the food out together for them the shift before. Because the food comes out cold and they give attitude because you’re picking up food at midnight. My last time going to Taco Bell. I’m a business owner and this trip has cost me thousands in lost wages.
