Says theyre open till 10pm but theyre not… Drove up at 9:20pm for no one to be inside.

They have bucket boboa tea... bucket. Also their donut topping is some sort of jelly pudding. Also fair warning, their location is very close to a NSFW shop, and high chance to come across goth girl or book tok girl... so be extra careful when you come

I ordered ONE drink it was a honeydew peach French smoothie it should not have took 13 minutes to receive especially if we were the only ones in the store and we saw multiple staff just sitting at the table. Not to mention hallway was also very messy and dirty it looks like they’re living there. There is a digital lock on the door that says “customers only”, even though I ordered a drink I couldn’t get to the restroom.

Kinda expensive.

Store is dirty, price is expensive for drink $10 is diabolical for a basic boba drink! Surprisedly, not sure how they even pass health inspection since their jelly I got has a weird taste to it. Probably already spoiled and still serve to their customers.

I saw a naked kid being washed by the manger in their sink just out in the open, which is such a health hazard and child abuse. I asked for a refund because I didn’t not feel comfortable drinking my order but the manger came with a rude attitude and said all sales are final.

Came in and the place was really cute, my friend ordered and after paying i noticed the manager literally washing their kid (around 6-9 years old) FULLY NAKED on the sink which had pots and dishes right infront of , this is an EXTREME HEALTH CONCERN. We asked for a refund and she said all sails are final. We threw it away

Lovely boba store to hang out and chill with not too loud music. I have grill eggs cakes and their french smoothies, taste amazing!! Good customer service, the staff help me out with order. Recommend place!! Will come back.

This place is overall okay. I've been a customer of this place for about 5 years, but in recent months 1102 Bubble Tea & Bites have been disappointing me as their prices of the food and beverages have been gradually going up but the portions are still relatively the same, or even smaller. Today (August 14), I came there and part of my order included creme brulee; I think they gave us the expired one because of the "Bb 8/7" (shown in the pics) which I infer to be "Best by August 7th".
In conclusion, this place is quite good in terms of the decorations (of food & indoor environment), but the prices and quality of food should definitely be reconsidered.
