Our first time here. We tried the brisket, jalepeno sausage and ribs. Sides were mac n cheese and charro beans. no disappointments. Everything was good. We will be back

I really wanted to like this place, especially after seeing the good reviews. Sadly, it’s bad, no sugarcoating it. Maybe the kitchen was exhausted from the holidays and just gave up 🤷🏻♀️ Ordered the three-meat plate. Brisket had zero flavor (impressive, honestly), though the texture was decent. Burnt ends and pork ribs were the only things done right, both excellent. The sides? Completely inedible. Mushy mac and cheese and “Mexican street corn” made from canned corn (be serious 🤢). The birria quesadilla was so salty it could preserve meat. Some of that salt would’ve been better spent saving the flavorless brisket.

We absolutely love 225 and reccomend then to all our family and friends. It's truly one of Arlingtons hidden gems. Do your self a favor try the Beef Rib and Ramen! The brisket is always excellent our go to favorites are the brisket burger and the tacos and quesadilla. The Texas twinkies are on par with the best of them but they also have a cherry bomb of you really like some heat. It's family owned and Rene and his family are hard working and humble.

Order at register with only one available (cashier was not so friendly) so causes a bit of a delay. All of the food tasted really good except they had already run out of potato salad. Ordered the El Mero Mero that included only 1 rib, 2 slices of palm sized brisket slices, and you have to pay extra for the consume when getting the Birria tacos (really odd to me). For the price, portions seemed really small. A big plus were $2 draft beers! Another big plus was the food runner. He was extremely polite!!

I placed a large order for my daughter’s baby shower and the food was delicious!! Every guest commented on how good everything was…especially the brisket and ribs. I’ve eaten here before and was impressed but they truly outdid themselves this time! 10/10 highly recommend!

This was literally the best brisket I've ever had in my life. I wanted to order the 3 meat and double up on brisket but they wouldn't let me. I was slightly annoyed, but when I got my plate I understand. Massive slices of brisket and turkey. The Spanish rice was literally the best rice I've ever had as well. Would totally recommend to anyone that lives for brisket like I do!
The brisket is the best I've tasted and the mash potatoes and tortillas are also delicious 😋. Good atmosphere. Parking is limited

Defintely worth the trek off the beaten path! Don't let the dead end and street parking fool you! This place is amazing! When you first walk in, you are greeted with an upbeat and relaxing atmosphere. After ordering at the register, you grab your number and can choose to sit at the bar or at the tables that are set up around the restaurant. There are several televisions to watch the many sporting events being broadcast. The service was great! Our hostess was patient and walked us through the menu and ordering process. We sat at the bar and our bartender was fun to chat with. The food was outstanding! The brisket was so tender and juicy and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone goodness. This is definitely a place we would highly recommend!

I was looking for a bbq place and I got recommended to this restaurant. The lady taking the orders was nice I ordered 2 2 meat plates of brisket and ribs. They were done pretty fast. I thanked them for the service and left. Got home and opened the plates and I must say I was pretty disappointed. The 2 slices of brisket was 90% fat and the ribs were very hard to bite on the outer skin and pretty much raw on the inside. Don't get me wrong the seasoning was good but for 50 dollars it was not worth it. This was my first time going and will definitely be the last. Don't let my review deter you from trying it it may be better for you but for me today im pretty disappointed 😔

Skip the tourist traps, this place outranks them in quality and flavor every single time.
