I ordered a 1 meat plate. Burnt ends were 90 % fat. Where I come from that's cracklins. The brisket beans tasted like ranch style beans with a little bit of brisket. The street corn was good, as was the tortillas and sauce. That's the only reason it got 3 stars instead of one star.

My dad and me eat here at least once a week. It is the best bbq we have ever had. We drive 30 to 40 mins every Saturday and have not had a bad experience what so ever. We even ordered a platter Super Bowl Sunday and ate on it for 3 days, lol! The service is always great no matter how busy they get and they do get busssy but without a doubt it is worth the wait. As always we look forward to coming back.

2/8/24 First time here, and I purchased the 3 meat plate: Brisket, ribs, and Burnt ends. The 2 sides were mac and cheese and brisket beans, which also included 2 tortillas. I also purchased the Mexican Boudain. The Brisket gets a solid 4stars it was delicious and moist(just as I asked for), but seasoning was a little inconsistent. Some bites were OMG, and some a little over salted. The Ribs, unfortunately, the 2 ribs I received were tiny and overcooked, and the membrane was left on. I have to give that 2 stars. The Burnt ends, well were just Burnt!! 1 star, I could only eat 1 out of 5 pieces. The 1 piece I could eat was great, a good balance of sweet n salty mix. I also really enjoyed the Mac n cheese, but the beans tasted just like canned Ranch Style beans. (I am not saying it is, but that is how it tasted). The tortillas that came with it were perfect, definitely fresh. Now the Mexican Boudain was really good, just a tad overcooked, but seasoning and flavor was great. Solid 4 for me. I will definitely try this place again.

Had the 3 meat plate ribs, burnt ends, and brisket also had a Philly burger, Mac cheese and beans. Tons of fat and gristle. Yes fat helps the flavor but you can trim it after cooking. There is better BBQ in Arlington. The Philly burger with lettuce and tomato, had ground meat. I ate something crunchy, maybe a bone. No taste, basic burger. The burnt ends were all fat. I did like the pork ribs and beans. Brisket was fatty. Sauce was good and tasted like another famous BBQ place in town. Good taste and sauce. Lots of fat and gristle. I have had better in Arlington. Go somewhere else. This is Texas you will find better.

Great BBQ! Was pleasantly surprised with their Birria Tacos. They are delicious! You have to get there and in line. They will run out of certain food.

So the food truck was setting in Downtown DWG, so decided to give it a try Got brisket, hot link, charro beans , and mac All good, beans I like spicy Brisket was good... not dry Give them a try on W Arkansas just West of Bowen. About 2500 block Supposed to be open for lunch and dinner And they use a real smoker!!!!

the brisket is SO FATTY 2/3 of each slice was blubber. for $22 a plate, regardless of the flavor, i feel like this was not worth it. if they're gonna be serving fatty brisket like this, they need to include another slice or lower the price. all of this fat came off of ONE SLICE. mind you the slice is only 4" long smh. i came here based on the good reviews, but most of them are from over a year ago so i feel like something has changed.

Summer 2023 and it’s 115 degrees outside and this business is in a parking lot in a defunct pet supply business. The trailer is parked on white crushed rock and it feels like you’re standing in another planet. Waiting 20 minutes felt unpleasant and unappreciated. When we got to the window the food truck owner doesn’t acknowledge us approaching or states the proverbial “I’ll be with you in a minute,” instead he continued to work and ignored us, and I could sense an attitude and it was at that moment we walked off. There are many places for BBQ (For example Dave’s BBQ a few blocks away), so why would I spend my money there to be treated like that and waited that long with no gratitude that we were enduring the wait to try this place. I won’t be going back to this place, the vibe was off!Edit 8/22/23 After reading your response I will finalize my last words - your rebuttal for my review only verfies my observations. I see you started showing gratitude on your social media page only after I ackowledge "the lack of," on this review -- its all dated.I've never seen anyone take a customer complaint and make it about them instead of apologizing and attempting to resolve the issue, instead you want to undermined an experience someone had, the service is as I expected. However, I hope there is a lesson to be learned here, and why would anyone have empathy for your situation, albeit its hot in your truck, its an occupational hazard, like driving to work. Customer retention goes beyond the food, its also in the service -- just look at other industry collegues who have gone on to doing bigger things in stadiums. Thanks for your response, have a great day!PS - no offense to the business that the lot sits on, I wish them great sucess!

Got the three meat plate came with two sides. Asked for brisket, spare ribs, and pork belly burnt ends. The brisket was on point. Two thick slices of marbled with two flour tortillas. The spare ribs were tasty and the pork belly burnt ends were fanfreakingtastic! The elote was delicious, and there beans with brisket were good.Wife got their quesotaco and Mac and cheese with brisket. The taco was no joke and portions were amazing! My cousin and her husband got the street tacos and birria tacos with an order of elote with brisket minus the hot Cheetos. We took half the food home it was very delicious and very filling! Awesome bbq definitely recommend this food truck!

Small, tucked-away restaurant in Arlington serving the best brisket ever! It wasn’t too busy on a Friday afternoon during lunchtime. Friendly service.
