Why have the propane exchange if your employees don't want to leave the register to do the exchange? The first time "we, uhh lost the keys" I didn't learn went back and "we are out of propane", when 3 of them clearly have the blue seals on them. Just irritating... ya get 2 stars cause by amazement ya haven't run out of petrol yet...
