I came around lunch time the place was empty maybe 6 customers at the most. They had one server which was an older lady and she was handling the whole restaurant. I waited 45 min on a drink from the bar and boneless wings and fries. My fries were cold and I feel as if my service was not wanted I suggest hiring more workers or schedule more workers for the rush hours

Ordered my food and from the appetizer to the meal everything was old had been sitting and was very unpleasant with taste I asked for a discount and they refused to give me one I told them I did not want my food remade cause it would be the same I just wanted a discount for my horrible service with the restaurant period! I will definitely return.. one thing I would change is the front receptionist is awful 😣 her face was and look very unhappy 😞 she seems mad to see us walking in .

From the moment my kids and I walked in, we got an uninvited feeling, it was awkward… no music, just silence. We were not greeted with a smile or how are you, nothing. Penny grabbed the menus and said follow me, it felt as if we were an inconvenience. The waitress sat on the table next to us as she took our order. She had no professionalism nor did she check on us, which can be nice at times, but not when our order was incorrect. The food was great, hot and flavorful, but that was the only positive!

This has gone downhill and was so disappointing. The waiter was rapping loudly to other table while a waitress stood within site of us and was eating fries. Another staff member walked by and smelled like weed. I was excited to try the all you can for 14.99 special and were told they were out of the ribs. It has been over a year since we last ate at Applebees and will be while if and when we try it again.

It wasn't busy and was ignored by waitress because she was also working the bar. I only had one drink while eating all you can eat. I still tipped her but do better with service. Food was cold as well!

Place sucks! Tried to give me a nasty ass strawberry margarita (nothing but syrup for lemonade drink) and when I complained about the taste they said it couldn’t be removed. Service was slow for it to not be alot people at 2:45… they were upset because only paid for the Sprite. Meal never made it out and they tried to make us pay. Manager was rude.
