Kiosk was down. Took my payment but no food. Only one person working at height of lunch rush. Was told manager was coming and it'd be 15min then never showed. I only have 30min lunch so there goes that. Also everything appears to be microwaved, bleh. Never again...

I've been working with Aramark for the past 9 years and they are absolutely terrible to their employees!! I got told my transfer would he guaranteed then when you get to the place where you thought your job will be guaranteed there IS NO GUARANTEE!! You have to reapply to jobs again, no one to get in contact with pertaining to your jobs that you applied for! So now I'm here with no job but been a dedicated employee to them for 9 yrs and this is how they treat their employees that's been nothing but a hard working reliable employee!! THIS IS ASANINE!! Then to add insult to injury if ur making 20/hr and the new job they Make u apply for is $15/hr they want you to take a $5 pay cut..what kind of crap is that when you been working for them for so long?? So now I'm here with no job, can't call HR to follow up on the jobs leads u do apply for so your just sitting in limbo...smh Aramark needs to get it together and treat their employees right!!

At the BUMC Dallas location they are killing their patients. Withholding food and ignoring diet needs like food allergies. The weekends are horrible you won’t get fed. The hospital complains but since it’s a 3rd party company they would have to drop their contracts hospital wide. Medical facilities do not contract with this terrible agency.
