Very rude messed up my order and tried to call after I went through the drive-thru didn't realize it till I got home so ended up calling 15 times and even calling while I'm standing in the store and they still refuse to answer the phone then the manager was just rude

They put my child out told her she has to be a paying customer. Im the paying customer her mom I gave this place alot of business before never again. Not kid friendly place will put your child outside.

Multiple times I've tried going thru the drive thru an hour before close and even though can see the workers inside the drive thru automated message states they are closed.

Order my food with nobody in there after 30 mins still no food I ask for a refund and they ask me what i had.....they gave me no receipt....after asking for refund they ignored and where trying to get food ready so I had to walk out as I was going to be late to where I was going. Everyone in the drive thru were coming in and asking for money back or wrong food.

I love Arby's so we keep trying.. by the time the food gets to me it's all bad. Something is always missing or not right.

I ordered a classic beef and cheddar. It only had beef. No cheese. No sauce. I threw it in the trash. I hated that I wasted my lunch break going there. I knew I should've gone to Popeyes.

Made a couple of dinner pitstops on North Collins St after the Dallas Cowboys vs Ravens home game.
This was the first one.
Roast beef sandwich w/ curly fries is usually the go-to order but we had other spots to hit up so we scratched the fries and just got the roast beef sandwich.
There were only a couple patrons seated inside (mind you, this location is RIGHT across from AT&T Stadium so we expected it to be PACKED after the game).
Anyways the girl who served us was courteous. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min.
I remember the roast beef sandwich having more sauce in it. Or maybe we just hit bad luck w/ this particular location and they skimped on the sauce? Also, I remember the sandwiches having more meat in them too! Either way, the sandwiches were dry. Luckily the condiment sauce bar was fully functional.
1/3 of the faucets at the drink machine were also out of service so that was funny.

I'm not sure what Arby's did to they're beef but to me it taste like spam so bad I couldn't even eat my sandwich and they made a half pound Arby's roast beef look like a jr. Roast beef what happened to
