Went through the drive through and after repeating my order, like, 50 times and having them repeat it back to me, they got the order wrong (charged me for an extra sandwich) then when I said it was wrong, the girl working the window refused to give me my food. I didn't even raise my voice, I was just asking for my correct order. I drove around to go in, only to have her tell me the lobby was closed. This is the absolute worst I've EVER been treated by a fast food restaurant, and the frustrating thing is I know NOBODY WILL CARE. She insisted that she'd repeated the 2 sandwiches several times, but she didn't say that even one time when she was repeating it back to me. Even if she had (which she absolutely didn't) she should've changed the order when I said it was wrong. I'm the one paying for it, and I was not being irate or raising my voice. She said, "I don't have to give it to you." Okay, Arby's, guess you're the "don't have to give it to you" restaurant. That's a winning motto.

The lady at the drive thru is always so friendly. The roast beef wasn't fresh at this last trip, but it was okay enough. I wasn't expecting much but it's definitely been more fresh at previous visits.

Got some lunch for the family as we are vacationing in the entertainment district, food was okay. They messed up on my wife's beef and cheddar and put barbecue sauce on it???? My wife was very upset and they also forgot the extra cup of cheddar but I did catch that. Rest of the food for the family was fine. Nothing great, nothing bad. Overall 3 stars, food wasn't great, service was pleasant despite the messups, the drive thru felt like a normal drive thru.

Who came out cold and the meat on our burger was raw in the inside. When I asked the person at the counter about it he said that that is how they cook it but he can redo my burger if I want but that's typically the way that they cook it. Hours later my son threw up all of the burger. Hello Tommy, boy of this story is please Arby's kitchen people please. Please please make sure that the meat that you are selling all caps is well cooked
Would give away it a zero if could. Ordered a 2 classic the person gave , a number 1 with some sort of mystery sauce I was so disgusted I didn't even want to ask for a exchange thinking I'd get even worse service.

My food was ready when I arrived. But I tried to get a water cup, but no one was watching the front counter ( everyone was in the back or working drive thru. I just went out and grabbed a cup from my truck

I ordered chicken sandwich meal and a chicken wrap and mozzarella sticks to go. The chicken sandwich was so thin and old and hard also the little tiny piece of chicken strip in the wrap that I had to throw it away. I only ate the fries and cheese sticks. Very disappointed that they will serve that to anyone no wonder the place is empty
