Today on 04/01/24 Monday afternoon around 1:30pm The Black cashier lady who took my order attitude was horrible. I tried to upgrade to a premium side, she told me that I couldn't and would have too purchase it separately, her co worker intervened he said that I could but just an upcharege for premium, that lady didn't even apologize for her mistake, was about to have me pay extra.. she asked me what I wanted for the drink, I told her the premium strawberry lemonade, she got an attitude with me, over talked me, very rude with me. I'll never come here again.. spent $15 dollars for too be treated badly for no reason at all. Zero stars!!!!

Employees forgot about our food while they weren’t busy. Once we did receive our sandwiches they were cold. Roughly about 20 minutes after we ordered and sat down.

These people are absolutely horrible, the management is changing constantly (the guy that was gone for two straight weeks because he was locked up in jail got upgraded to a manager position!! Thats how desperate these people are!) and the coworkers are horrible people. I worked here for a month and got talked about right in front of my face several times as if I couldn’t hear them. It went downhill super fast, my hours got reduced because the manager decided to take other people’s rumors to heart and completely screwed me over. I went from 16 hrs a week to 6!! Do NOT work here, in fact, don’t even come here for the food! I’ve witnessed them mocking people in drive thru several times and the minute customers leave they start talking about them. They are sad, hateful people who have nothing better to do with their lives. The coworkers and even managers started to ignore me when I spoke to them, or even left me to do everyone’s job while they went to the back to smoke. Of course there’s more to my horrible experience here, but this is not the place to work or even eat at. Don’t come here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!FOOD IS MADE SLOPPY!! NO PRIDE IN THE WORK, MINIMAL EFFORT. MESSY. Like they make it with their eyes closed!I went by and purchased a double beef and cheddar, along with an extra side of nacho cheese. What I received was the tough end of the meet thick, sliced meat, not shaved like normal and sauce everywhere without just a little bit of cheese on the sandwich and half the cup full of nacho cheese

I started recently coming to this Arby's and the service has been great my last two visits. The online ordering is easy to navigate and my food is always prepared quickly and correctly. I will definitely be making this a regular lunch spot due to the great customer service and the affordable prices!
