We sat behind one singular car at the window for over 20 minutes, just for them to still not have our food ready for another almost 10 minutes when we got to the window.

UPDATE: In response to my complaint, you would like me to fill out a form online stating the exact same thing? No thanks. Your generic response to every bad review says it all. You don’t care.
On 12/09 at 7pm I went to this location to order food inside. I walked in, the guy behind the counter looked at me and went to the back. The other guy that was in the kitchen area followed him. I waited a couple of minutes and one of the guys popped his head out and said “yeah, they are still there”. Your workers are the reason there so many complaints.

This has to be the worst Arbys in all the US. Last time I got chicken sliders here I had to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes and they were microwaved. Not even edible cause they burned them, in the microwave! I won’t go here anymore.

The employees completely ignored me and several other people as we waited for them to turnaround. At one point the kid at the front turnaround and looked at us and still ignored us. Customer service is terrible. To top it off the manager was on his personal cell phone instead of trying to help! Not a good way to run a business!!

It's 9:21. Your posted store hours say you don't close till 10. I pull up to the drive through and the speaker says they're closed.....not even a person, just a female voice.
This location just needs to shut down if they don't want to work.

Have tried to order three different times the last few months at night only to get ignored in drive thru. Last time I drove to the window after being ignored, , only to see two guys looking at their phones. One kid saw me and started laughing so I took a picture. Tonight I drove up again at 9:15. There was one car at the window and no one ever answered, so we left. last time I will ever visit an Arby’s.
