I’d never thought I could hate a place so much . I came to this arbys on a Sunday around 2pm I remember specifically. After I place my order, I look to the back and see a large man placing bread WITHOUT GLOVES INTO THE BREAD TOASTER!!!!! I did not want to make a scene so I kept my words to myself. As he seen me watch him do wrong , he still continued to make food without gloves. It was almost as if he didn’t care. So after 17 minutes of waiting for my order i reach for my food and I scramble through my bag to see if anythings missing or incorrect, he comes from the back to the front sitting area and I smell cigarettes only as if he just got done smoking a pack of them . In my head I’m like ”that is just insane“. As I leave I throw my food in the trash I didn’t even want to bother him about the refund I’d just want to report this crazy experience. I do believe this starts with management and if he is the manager it makes the whole situation worse, overall whoever that man was need to do better and should know better. If I ever see him in the back I will definitely be walking right back out.
So ordered deluxe steak house burger.they said ran out burger .told them to give me something else. They give me classic cheddar,cost $3. Burger cost $6.71. And fries not even full . worst place to come and lobby stink.

I've always loved Arby's but they have been going down hill lately. We ordered Market fresh sandwiches and it took almost 10 minutes for them to get the order together. The bacon was missing and the bread was really old, dry, and hard.

Possibly the worst location I've been to. Been here a couple of times. The first time the food took almost 15 minutes to get out to us (not during a rush) and the cashier just didn't seem like they wanted to be there.Most recent time, today. Didn't even order food. Walked in, no greeting, no one even at the counter. Waited 5 minutes for some form of recognition and all we saw was a single employee walk up, back turned to us, checking monitors and then walked away. This will be the last time I visit this location.

Cashier looked like he was bothered by customers coming in. I had a regular size number 1 combo with curly fries. He then said number 1 what size? Regular fries or curly? I like arby but this site is a nope. Food was way too greasy as well.
