I had a great experience at Arby’s on Little Rd! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the place was clean. I especially want to mention the manager, Fatima — she was incredibly kind, professional, and truly fit for her position. It’s rare to see a manager who handles everything with such grace and confidence. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was hot and fresh and the service was great. Caleb is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to make our dining experience a good one.
We had a great experience at this location tonight. Caleb was very friendly, helpful, and patient while answering our questions about the menu and coupons. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean too!

Why ask for sauce (by two different people) if you are going to forget the sauce?! And shouldn’t marinara automatically come with mozzarella sticks? Or do we have to ask for it? Not that if we did you would remember to put it in the bag. Lazy. And when the first person asked if we wanted any sauce the girl at the window shut the little glass door while we were telling her. Rude. Are your employees just not being paid enough to CARE?
