They say they close at 10 pm but when I come around 9 or so maybe 920 they are closed and no one on site and it’s just not one day it all the time and I love the food but then doing this makes me not want to eat there anymore

They should seriously close this place down! It's been several times that we go and they are "closed". Today it's 5:00 PM and we waited in the drive thru and no one came we spoke and they finally said we are closed! At least put a sign! I understand that places are short staffed but they should stop investing on sending out coupons and offer better pay so they can get employees and actually open!

So good! I had come here a few months ago and had a horrible experience. But it seems to be a completely new staff, and the food and customer service is WAY better than before! The roast beef and fries were fresh, and my turnover was warm and delicious! ?Would definitely recommend this location!

I wish I could give this Arby's a negative rating. I have had bad experiences at this Arby's before but it is so close to my house that I just decided to role the dice today. I get in the line and wait 5 minutes at the speaker with no greeting. I say hello and get nothing. I say hello again and hear, "yes" in a tone that only someone that hates their job can give.I asked if they were ready to take my order. I hear, "yes" in the same disinterested tone. That's it for me. I tell the, "you better be glad I showed up for work", teen that I'm good, I'll go somewhere else. The sad part is that they probably just thought that was one less customer they have to deal with today.My recommendation is that the manager spends a couple of hours at Chic-fil-a, takes some notes, and trains their team. The line is empty at lunch time for a reason.

Complete Garbage. Order gets messed up every single time I go through the drive thru at this location. Don’t normally waste my time doing reviews but seriously something needs to be done. Also I can’t ever get through to anyone on the phone to correct the order. Just out the money every time.

The place looked abandoned when I drove up (which was odd because it's a fairly new construction). There were no cars there and the landscape looked overgrown and neglected, so literally thought it was closed. But, it was open...I guess none of the workers had a car...who knows. They took a long time to answer the speaker in the drive through and were not very polite. They were out of several drink flavors and did not put any napkins in the bag. Seemed to be a number of young, not very well trained employees. They were slow! Spent about 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Despite all the negatives...the food was fine.

Went through drive-through last night around 7:15 PM parrot kept saying hello no one would answer so we drove around to the window. And a bunch of kids were in there cleaning they finally looked over unlock the window and said they were closed. I asked what time do you close he said eight I said why are you closing an hour early. Wouldn’t give me a straight answer shut the window and lock The window turned his back. It looks like they were already almost finished cleaning up wiping counters down at that time. Very strange. Like they were trying to get out early.

Bad choice. I'm an Arby's fan but was so bad. Late lunch 1:40 pm, but the sandwich was OLD like left over lunch old and don't get me started on the OLD curly fries. I will not be back. With all that is going on in the world take some pride and make FRESH food. Not edible.

There about probably 10 premade sandwiches on the counter. I guess that could be the reason my sandwich was so cold. Sandwich also had a strange flavor. We also asked for no ice in one drink and still received ice. The other drink was also mixed with root beer and I hate root beer. I’m tired of giving this place a chance.

It was my first time trying anything from Arby's...I tried the creamy Mediterranean chicken wrap that was suggested by a friend of mine as a healthy meal choice...it was ok...kinda bland but edible lol

I was excited to enjoy a roast beef sandwich,fries an a cold drink. My girlfriend was with me to enjoy the same. Our outing was ruined. Cold burnt fries. Like they've been sitting there all day. The sandwich was cold an like it was sitting there all day as well. Very embarrassing.
