Pretzels will be a hit or miss in regards to freshness

Be careful not to cut anyone off in line. The line is across the hall, and the cashier will call you forward. The pretzels will either be freshly made or have been sitting there for a while.

We drive to the mall specifically for the cinnamon pretzel bites which are incredibly delicious WHEN cooked correctly. It’s literally like playing a game of hit or miss trying to get a cup of cinnamon bites that aren’t over cooked or burnt. The past 5 or 6 times we visited they were burnt pretzels and when we asked to wait for the next batch instead we were met with scoffs and attitude, only for the next batch to have come out even more burnt than the previous batch. This boils down to a lack of experience or the inability to multi-task or maybe just not paying enough attention to details. Whatever the case, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to pull trays out of ovens when the timer goes off.

Terrible, mfs there act like they don’t want to work. Corporate needs to audit this location. They all look like they on something, bad attitude and food is not the best I’ve had. Find a new job if you’re unhappy.

This young gal named I think Layla was so kind with me when she served me a custom order of Sweet Almond Nuggets. Would recommend!!

I just got my order around 3:24 pm on the second floor location near the barnes and noble and the African American Male worker (Didn't get his name) charged me for an extra item i did not order and I noticed it as soon as the order went through, We were able to get a refund, but he had a snappy attitude and yelled at me saying “if you noticed that i charged you, why didn't you say anything”. I don’t understand why you are so mad when all you had to do is open the register and count? I hope the proper actions are taken against someone who just lashes out at customers.

I was at the location in Parks Mall, there were like 5 or 6 employees, place dirty, ordered 2 sweet almond pretzels, when I got home in the bag were 2 of the most thinnest pretzels I have ever seen pluss burnt, for pretzels that cost over 4 dollars you can do better.

The old guy working was super rude. All you have to do is take order and take money and you can’t even do it properly. Extremely poor customer service!

Awful customer service!!!! I was waiting in line at about 755pm which is literally 5 minutes before they closed! When the individual finished getting their order in front of me. The mall announcement came on that they were closing, the girl came back after handing the drink and said "we are closed and so is the mall". Are you kidding me! I was waiting and you couldn't sale me the last cup of pretzels at 759pm because the mall was closing!! I guess more for them to take home being they had two full bags in the warmer!!! Rather have free food then make a sale.
