The Arlington Babes is too dark. I couldn't see in the restaurant for the first 10 min. Ordered the smoked roasted chicken and it was not good. Dry as a bone. The sides were ok. Service was ok. If you go, order the fried chicken. It looked much better.
I will always love this place, but I came in a couple Fridays ago and brought my aunt for the first time. We were super excited and bewildered there was no wait, figured hot temps and going back to school weekend had something to do with it. It’s never a good look to see a manager on the floor with his phone out, but to wait 10 minutes to be greeted and another 5 for drinks when we were sitting next to the kitchen where everyone had to walk passed 4 people with nothing on their...
Always come with time! It’s such à cool environment. The inside looks like the outside of à old western shopping center. The food is delicious with all you can eat sides for the whole family! Chicken tender baskets big enough for 2! Celebrated babes 27th here with the fam and we really enjoyed ourselves! Not cheap but worth it. Not fancy, casual setting.
