To the person who decided to change the flavors to "save money" that was the worst decision you could have ever made I went today for the first time in months and I must say i was VERY disappointed. I ordered a everest, avalanche ,and a 20 oz. All 3 was literally ice and cream no flavor at all. I even asked for more flavor to be added and that was when I was told that the flavors have changed to be more cost efficient for the company even with added flavor they were still nasty and did not taste anything like I requested. I'm sad to say thus use to be my favorite snow cone place but now I will have to find another. Dear owner you are about to lose a lot of business trying to cut corners.

Very disappointed that this Bahama Bucks has decided to stop honoring the advertised "Flat Top - same amount of sno in a bigger cup" when it comes to the Avalanche. Twice now I have ordered an Avalanche Flat Top on the app and received a Large Flat Top at the store; staff tell me that the manager has decided not to use the bigger cup for Avalanche flat tops, so they allow the App to charge me for an Avalanche Flat Top, but they only serve a Large Flat Top. No offer for a refund or anything else to make up the $1.20 they're stealing from me by not giving me what I paid for. Pretty frustrated about this. The Mansfield store still honors the advertised Bahama Bucks approach to Flat Tops, but not the Arlington store on Lamar.

I’m so mad I always come here. Today I tried a Oreo smoothie and as she making it she but coke in it. I went to Bahamabucks tiktok to see how they make it and they don’t add coke on the video. It was watery and nasty.

I wish I got her name but the gal who took our order was above and beyond. The smoothie I used to order doesn’t exist on the menu today but the kind cashier (with long dark hair and braces who was there Sunday around 3:30pm August 11th) did what she could to create a comparable smoothie while working off the menu. It was so good and I am grateful for a positive experience. Hopefully management can narrow down from the description I gave and know to whom I am referring. Thank you!

Ive been to 8+ bahama bucks and this was REALLY THE WORST.
1. TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU PROCESS. PUSH COMMAND AND WALKTHRU. NOT DRIVE THRU
2. I ordered 1 small snocone. It took them 15-20 minutes
3. I paid for sour sand they didn't add it and they're wasnt even finished and ice cubic and bitter
2 outta 10. TERRIBLE

The snowcones tasted so good! The workers were super friendly, and the small snow cone was like way too big for one person to finish! The only problem was that we went through the drive through and some random man was walking up to all the cars trying to get them to roll their windows down.

Came for the Sonic the Hedgehog collaboration shaved ice, and will be coming back to try other shaved ice flavors. Store is clean, shaved ice is good, staff is nice. Go give it a try! I tried the Shadow the Hedgehog cherry and oreo shaved iced. I don't usually try cherry flavored stuff, but the oreo helps give it a cool flavor mix.
