The lady who attended me didn’t even do my dubai chocolate sundae right i had it before and she added nothing to my sundae thats on the original dubai chocolate sundae. i asked her if it had kataifi and she lied and said it was at the bottom which was a lie , i even had to ask her to add the pistachio sauce because she didn’t add it.

I love the variety of flavors here! Every time I visit this location, the service is exceptional-friendly, patient, and always welcoming. When I came in two weeks ago, Tre was incredibly kind and took the time to help me choose a flavor, even when I couldn't decided. The delicious treat combined with such great customer service is truly the cherry on top!

I don’t know if you can beat Baskin-Robbins ice cream there’s a lot of people that say they have every flavor you can dream of I would agree!
My personal favorite is Rocky Road. My wife loves butter, pecan, and my boys love chocolate chip.
You just can’t go wrong when you go to this location they’re friendly and they always seem to give you a little extra .
My kids absolutely love it .
If you’re in the area, you should stop in!

Literally took my money for my four year olds cake but never processed the order, don’t even bother calling because nobody answers the phone and no way to even leave a voicemail. Worst store ever I want my refund!!!

The store does not smell inviting. And the customer service was the worst I have seen in a while. This is not the same staff as my last visit. Rushing me through my order, even though no one else was waiting. And since when did they start only allowing you to try 3 flavors. Plus, after you have said it once, don't keep telling me that there is an extra cost each time I ask for an additional candy topping. Hell, I already know that. Especially after you have offered to charge me . 99 cents for a single cherry for my daughter... All because it is not a Sundae. But I will just find me another location going forward. When your customer isore smiley, friendly, and courteous than the staff... That is a customer service fail!!!! Never gonna return to this location... AGAIN!!!!! ?

I had a bad experience at this place twice with birthday cakes it was awful both times I rather look for another location or something just different it's not worth it. Yesterday I went in treated the kids to ice cream the waffle cones with chocolate sprinkles were awful they tasted stale we bought all they had not just expensive but stale I wouldn't mind paying the price for ice cream but stale cones ruin everything. The kiddos and me ate the ice cream with a spoon and threw out the cones they were not editable they had an odd taste. This place has gone down Many years ago it was great.

We walked in and no one was there. A girl came out, saw us and went back to the back. Didn’t acknowledge us and didn’t serve us. She just stayed in the back till we left. I use to love going there. We won’t be going back.

First visit to baskin robbins. I ordered a warm brownie sundae with jamoca almond fudge. It was a basic sundae I could get anywhere. Not a bad thing, I just thought I would be blown away. Customer service was decent, and the seating area was clean.
