Every time I come to this location during the night time or even 2 hrs before close they don’t have any ice cream I choose . It would be nice to get a discount but she said no we can’t do that. They’re too busy playing around in the store. I am very disappointed with them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a training ground for ignorant children who need a job. They don't care about the customer. The kiosk charges are different than the menu and charge you more than the listed amount. The store charges for cups of water, which is illegal since they serve food. The kids here don't care, the store is dirty, the tables are always gross, and it's never fails to disappoint. If you hate your kids, I mean just really, really want your kids to be unhappy and miserable, treat them to some overpriced sugar sadness in a dirty shop of failure and inadequate mental acuity.
Do the world a favor, send these workers to work for the school system or government, Both equal places of ignorant failure.

Ordered two cakes for my wife's birthday, both polar ice pizza cakes, I ordered them three days in advance. I called the store to make sure they got my order was given the run around about how I needed to pay for them when I got to the store then they would make them. I went to the store to show them that I had already paid for them and I needed to pick them up on the third day and they said ok that was fine and they would leave a note on my receipt that I will pick them up later. I went to pick them up on the third day and they had not been made and they apologized and said there was not a manager there to give me a refund if I could come in tomorrow they could give me a refund then. They did offer me a free donut but I was so upset because my wife's birthday is the next day that I didn't even want the donut I just wanted the cakes I ordered and paid for in advance. Also should be noted that when I went to order the cakes over the phone the person on the phone told me it would be 80 bucks but when I ordered them online two cakes with two sets of birthday candles and tax was only 50 bucks? So I don't know what the deal is at this store but I would avoid them at all cost. I will not be doing business with any Baskin Robbins this first time experience has ruined the company for me.

The person making my milkshake was rude to my boyfriend just for asking if they had a certain flavor. And again when he asked about the cup only being three quarters full as if he was supposed to know that it had to do with them merging with Dunkin and using the same cups or whatever the reason was.My milkshake was also just -fully- liquid and not enjoyable, so I dumped it. Not going back to this location.

We had the worst service today. We were given the tiniest 1 scoop of ice cream we have ever received at any Baskin Robbins. The cake cones were stale. The sign out front of the drive thru says both Baskins Robbins and Dunkins donuts but when we pulled up to order ice cream they acted as if they didn't sale ice cream, so we go inside to receive the worst service ever! The one girl was training the other one to make the cones and she saw the girl making the baby sized ice cone and didn't correct her at all. I don't recommend coming to this location!
I made an order thru door dash for a PRE PACKAGED quart of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. Imagine my surprise when the order showed up and it was Oreo Cookies and Cream instead. No one checked with me about substitutions if that was needed or either no one paid attention in the first place. I’ve worked fast food so I try not to judge but I live close by and I know good and dern well the store was not so busy that my order couldn’t have been correct at 10am. I’ve called several times with no answer. Not sure how to run an establishment and no one is available to answer the phone but I digress. ? Very disappointed.

Owner must be going broke. Always out stock on some flavors. Was told that they don't have inventory because they can't pay BR.Their phone line is never answered.Also, apparently BR corporate doesn't read or, maybe, even care about the reviews here to see the number of bad reviews.The good news is Braum's is just one block away!

Couldn't pick up Uber order because they were all gathering like there having a pajama party so they closed the store early watching people walking up to the door not letting them now there

Ordered an ice cream cake online from this location. When I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find it. The manager called the cake decorator and apparently the cake decorator is two hours from this store, does only the orders she wants to and doesn’t tell the store when she doesn’t do them. Way to run a business. Got my money back but had to scramble for a new cake for my niece’s birthday party. As I was leaving the manager, who was helpful and apologetic, said, “don’t ever order a cake from our store.” Sound advice. Better yet, maybe avoid this store altogether.
