I came to this location for a jamoca almond fudge shake and when I received the shake it had a runny consistency. I had to go back to have them remake the shake and it was poorly made. The shake was made with too much milk. So much to the fact that I couldn’t not taste the flavor of the ice cream. Major improvement are needed.

I ordered an Oreo milkshake… Not even a milkshake. Just milk. With Oreos… this place is honestly a joke. You guys have to do better. It tasted like milk with metal. One girl was nice and remade my shake. Unfortunately it still tasted bad.

So I order a custom ice cream cake with photo. This is my first time ordering a photo cake. Well the description says Edible Image. I’m so glad I ordered the smallest size. So we’re having a party when it comes to cutting the cake my fiancé was having a hard time cutting the ice cream cake. I was telling them that the picture is edible but look more closely it printed on wax cardboard. Can’t be eating. I look so Embarrassed. I most definitely will not be coming back and first thing tomorrow will be getting a refund.

Ordered the Oreo sundae and Reese’s sundae, but received one scoop of plain vanilla ice cream with some crumbled Oreos/Reese’s. Literally as plain and small as it gets. Don’t know if it was laziness/oversight, or actually trying to rip us off. $20+ for two scoops of plain ice cream. Absolute garbage experience.

I so wish i had read reviews before going here. First time visiting and we Wasted money in the trash spent 11.83 for 2 waffle cones 1 scoop ice cream in each. Ice cream was freezer burned waffle cone stale and hard. Store was dirty i will not come back. I usually never waste but that stuff was not edible. Please save your money and time go somewhere else. I wouldn't have even given 1 star but had to if i wanted to leave review to warn public. Health inspector and corporate should make surprise visit to These stores.

What happened to Baskin-Robbins !!! The freshness of their products no longer exists or what??went to have Ice-cream most of the gallons were empty and the rest looked old and freezer burnt!!we bought and used cake cone what a waste the cone was stale!!! Baskın Robin management needs to visit this store and train them more!!!
Tried to charge me EXTRA.....for Hot Fudge on my Sundae. The picture of the Sundae on the wall has Hot Fudge on it, the Baskin-Robbins website clearly says "Your choice of wet topping" and this little ***** was about to ARGUE with me that Fudge or any other wet topping costs extra. And then acted like not charging me EXTRA, for HOT FUDGE on my Sundae, was her doing me a favor and that I should be grateful. Its only ice cream and I wasn't going to fight over no damn ice cream Sundae, but it was nerve racking.

Took my 3 year old daughter there for ice cream they didn’t have anything and when we finally did find something it tasted freezer burnt so she didn’t finish it. Then she spent the night throwing up. Horrible daddy daughter date.

At 8pm they had put away half of the flavors and was breaking that section down for closing, but mind you they don't close until 10pm. Parking lot and building perimeter was extremely dark. Unsatisfactory and unsafe
