I visited the food truck today and I got the loaded fries and they were great! I put the ranch on the side because I don’t really eat it and for the first time in my life, I ended up pouring the ranch all over my food! Simply delicious! They make it themselves and I loved it.

Absolutely love Beaux Boudin! We discovered this hidden gem about a month or two ago and my husband and I make it a point to order from them at least once a week. Boudin Balls are the best in my honest opinion, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. You can tell they really care about quality and that they are committed to putting good food in people's stomachs and smiles on their faces. Bonus points for the great conversation while food is being prepared to order!

The crew here is amazing authentic Cajun food and family feel best fried shrimp in the area I’ve been in Texas 5 years and finally found my local spot for good shrimp
Hole in the wall serving great Cajun treats. Gumbo had dark roux with plenty of chicken/sausage in every bite. I loved the Bodin Eggroll spin very tasty and the dipping sauce complimented them very well. Try them you will not be disappointed.

It’s been a while, but, I could have sworn the poutine came with cheese curds last time (I could be mistaken), today My beloved Wife got a take-out portion for Me and there wasn‘t any cheese curds, and the boudin is half the amount it used to be. Considering it’s an US product, they can’t even blame tariffs!! Even the menu pics online state NO cheese curds, so… NOT a POUTINE, just Gumbo Fries! 🤷♂️MIGHT WANNA CHANGE THE TITLE! Wife ordered a burger and fries and was disappointed, states the fries aren’t what they used to be and the burger nothing to write home about! Fries were lacking the coating She loved! Looks like the menu expansion has affected the overall quality, STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW! She also ordered beignets, doubt they’ll reheat well! We’ll NOT be returning! 😭
