I visited the food truck today and I got the loaded fries and they were great! I put the ranch on the side because I don’t really eat it and for the first time in my life, I ended up pouring the ranch all over my food! Simply delicious! They make it themselves and I loved it.
Absolutely LOVE every visit to Beaux Boudin! Food is always perfectly prepared and delicious. Today I visited with co-owner, Melissa, while waiting and was reminded what “great” people bringing their passion to life is! Absolutely love Beaux Boudin! We discovered this hidden gem about a month or two ago and my husband and I make it a point to order from them at least once a week. Boudin Balls are the best in my honest opinion, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. You can tell they really care about quality and that they are committed to putting good food in people's stomachs and smiles on their faces. Bonus points for the great conversation while food is being prepared...
