We visit for the first time. And they did not disappoint. My family from Lil town called Ville Platte Louisiana so glad we found this hidden gem in Arlington Tx. Finally get taste good old southern boudin like back home. We try hot boudin was seasoned to perfection, boudin eggrolls are amazing, pepper jack boudin balls are good, and the cracklings were on point just need a tad bit more seasoning. Everything cooked fresh when ordered. Overall 10/ 10. Outstanding customer service....

First visit scores an A+. Had the boudin eggrolls. Delicious and they definitely bring the heat. Also sampled the jambalaya. Top notch on that as well. Clean and bright. Great visit with the owner. I'll definitely be back.

This is great place to taste the best of Louisiana in Arlington. If you're from Louisiana and South East Texas this food will remind you of home. The cracklings are the best. I can't seem to find any other place that can compare. The beignets are soft and full of flavor something you must try. I was surprised at how good the boudin egg rolls were. It's an appetizer but they are pretty good size. The fried shrimp are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside...
