Wonderful staff. Very friendly and quick. Bailey really makes this place shine. She remembers your name and your drink. It's amazing. The rest of the staff is great too. Forget all the others places this is my go-to.

This was my first time trying black rock coffee. I ordered the jackhammer since I needed the extra caffeine that morning. Upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly smile and began to order. However, as the music kept playing, it seemed it was a little too loud to understand the cashier. This being said, I took my food and coffee to eat outside since the music was too loud for me inside.Upon getting my breakfast burrito, I was left shocked to discover the size!! Both my coffee cup and iPhone 15 were bigger than the small burrito ordered. (See pic for reference) it was finished with 4 bites...I definitely do not recommend the burrito, but coffee was okay.

I like Black Rock it's interesting I've noticed something the people that work in the Drive-Thru seem to actually actively engage in conversation with you instead of shutting the window at every other place I'm fairly certain that they are trained to do so I'm not mad at that though I like it to be quite honest plus coffee is good the cappuccino is served extremely hot I think a lot of their coffee is served a little too hot for my taste it just takes a really long time to wait before you can drink it but first timers beware don't just grab your cup and drink it it is really hot great place to love the atmosphere people that work there are top notch

My first time here!! It's so hard to find a good matcha latte. It's always a hit or miss with matcha, but it was a hit here! It was so good. I miss it already. The customer service was nice too. The ladies were sweet.

Go try it for yourself. I didn't really like my iced coffee but that doesn't make this a bad place. It's all about preference.
