They did not have any gluten free alternatives at this location which was sad. Could tell that the employees were doing their best with the situation but didn't have enough staff or even ingredients for their pizzas.

Stopped by the Blaze in Arlington to recreate a pizza I recently fell in love with — and I have to shout out Dawn for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
She was very kind, professional, and really accommodating while I tried to remember all the toppings. I appreciated the patience :) Everything was clean, the team was on point, and Dawn’s energy made it a 5-star visit. Definitely coming back :))

Let me start by saying I normally love Blaze pizza and their gluten free crust. Just not this time.
Ok now for the bad stuff. Ordered online through the app. Paid for a gluten free pizza for a pickup order. An employee called and left a voicemail saying they were out but could switch to cauliflower crust. I tried to all back saying that was fine but no answer. Called several times and got nothing. So I drive to the store. Wait 5 minutes to talk to someone. They’re busy making orders since there’s only 2 employees there. So after they finish making the current people in store orders they start to make mine on the cauliflower crust. Or so I thought. They definitely said cauliflower crust at the store but as you can see in the picture below it’s normal crust. So I waited 10 min for them to start making the pizza after spending 10 min calling them on the phone. Then I have to wait for the pizza to cook. The one employee is nice and offers me a free drink while I wait. I’ve already used more than my lunch hour at this point so when it finally finishes I grab the pizza and leave. Get back to my desk and take a bite just to find out it’s regular crust. May not be a big deal to the average consumer but someone with a gluten allergy this is a big deal. So I throw it away and write a note on the website to be contacted and share my story. Never heard anything so I’m leaving this review.
I hate leaving bad reviews but other gluten free people should know there’s a chance you get the wrong crust. Double check it yourselves before blindly eating it like I did.

Maariya and the staff provided a great experience! Maariya made sure the pizza was created just as my grandson wanted. She is friendly, helpful and listens to the customer.

12/19 didn't get my food. While health inspector was on site they gave my pizza to the wrong customer. Boys couldn't figure out how to give me a refund and I couldn't wait for them to cook another one. Gave me a coupon for a free pizza I probably won't use.

We had a department lunch there the other day. All but two people ordered about an hour and a half ahead of time for a pick-up time of 11:30. When we arrived, none of our orders had been started, and they were only working on in-person orders. Everyone stood in line so we could get our orders. It was so cold in there that everyone decided to go back to our office. We scheduled our lunch for an hour and a half. The last of our group left at noon. No one got to eat together.
Food was amazing and excellent service by Eric Watson.
