I went to this location to watch the Stars game and to watch UFC. I was seated in Lauren's section. It was busy but not crazy when I got there. Lauren was kind and attentive, with a genuine focus on ensuring I enjoyed my time there. She also remembered what I like to order and got those out to me quick and perfect, despite being sat several tables at once. One party she was helping was giving her some grief over their checks but she never missed a beat at helping all of her other tables with thier needs. Even the grumpy party ended up leaving happy. From a person operating in a management role I was impressed with Lauren because, generally, when issues and drama start with parties it kind of turns into a train wreck. And the smile was stil there as well. Hard to have a bad time when you have a plesant and smiling person waiting on you. I would have had a good time even if the food was absolute garbage. Hopefully, management notices the shiny gem they have at this location and keeps her around.
I also wanted to say that I come to this location often, mostly for lunch. In general, I have good visits and service at this location. Most staff is friendly and easy to talk and interact with. Same goes with management. Thats why I go so often. It always just works here. Simple.

Great spot to catch a game and grab a bite. First time visiting this location and we didn’t stay long. Right when we approached our table there was this dirty rag smell and after cleaning it our selves with water and napkins it’s still was there. Aside from that we do enjoy their menu options and ample food menu.

I hope you don't visit if the server Deanna is working or especially not, if Eric is the manager on duty. She can't remember what you ordered and you'll have to remind her at least 3 times. Your order will be wrong. Then they'll try to charge you twice when it was their mistake. When that manager is alerted, he'll just continue to laugh and chat with other tables and people waiting for tables. When he finally comes over 15 minutes later and you express your concerns, he literally will just look at you and walk away. It'll leave you with no resolution and said server asking if things were fixed. Horrible customer service and management.
