I was very disappointed in the drive thru. No customer service ...I was pulling up to the speaker and some jerk came around me, pulled in at an angle in front of me and started to place an order. I honked and he said I was going to slow. Told the order taker guy, and they went ahead and took his order. That's BS. They should have told him to go back around and wait his turn. When I got to the window to pay, the order taker said nothing, I asked why he took his order, no response, literally nothing. Just looked at me and told me my total. Seriously...why does no one care about the customer anymore. So sad!

This is the worst location ever. Orders constantly wrong. Cold stale fries. Microwaved burgers. Ordered a bacon burger with under cooked bacon, extra pickles but got 2 single pickles, one miserable slice of an onion. Just garbage. Un caring management and poor food quality. Zero customer service. Just drive to Mansfield, this store is a lost cause.

Got 2 meals with shakes through the drive thru here earlier today and the food was fine. However, the shakes without a doubt were made with spoiled milk. My cookies ‘n cream shake tasted very off and when I removed the lid I got an overwhelming whiff of sourness. Very disappointed and I wasn’t able to go back - tried calling but no answer. I won’t be returning to this location!

This brams was so confusing like why was the SMALL so big and the ice cream wasn't good at ALL. The frozen yogurt was not good it didn't even taste like vinnila at all even the chocolate, it tasted like nut and I'm ALLERGIC TO

We go here alot for their bag of burgers. My kids love them dipped it the braums sauce. I order 25 burgers at a time. They never complain or give me grief like some other places so it's always a nice experience! I tell them to please add extra braums sauce and they always hook me and the kids up so it's nice. Even when there's a long line they are very efficient about getting orders out quick!! I also enjoy getting their bag of burritos when we are out and about on the weekends they are decently sized and delicious. But my fave items there are their chicken strip dinner and their frozen yogurt cones in vanilla.. if you havnt tried either you should it's a great bang for your buck!!

This place gets what people need. We haven’t had anything poor quality from this location. This applies to grocery mart, dine in and drive thru. Prices are very reasonable and this is the only fast food we are willing to eat these days.
