Took wrong order 2x ..still no cheese and no ketchup but order a cheese burger..added ketchup at home smh

I don't think I've ever given a one star review but here we go. I've been to this braums a bunch of times and have never had anything like this happen. Firstly I ordered a single scoop with double toppings. Get to the window he tries to hand me a cone, I let him know what I ordered and he said sorry and went to fix it. Brought me back my little cup of ice cream and said my toppings are at the bottom. He lied. There wasn't a single drop of toppings in that bowl. I paid for double toppings to get none. I had half the mind to drive back up there but the scene I would have caused because if the inconvenience wasn't something I was wanting to deal with. Now, onto the burgers. Rubber. That's what it was like taking a bite out of this thing. They double cheesed it. The cheese was hard and rubbery. The patty was the same way. It was disgusting. Honestly it makes me not even went to go back. Such a let down and a huge disappointment and that little boy at the register better be glad I didn't decide to make an appearance. Anyways, don't recommend and if you want braums, find another location.
My sons and I come here for the A2 milk!! Oh and the ice cream of course!!
Great icecream
Probably the best fast food meal I've ever eaten. Quarter-pounder with cheese and bacon. Perfectly cooked (not burnt to dark gray matter), and the fries were equally perfect. To top it all off the milk shake was incredibly THICK and DELICIOUS. I would be remiss in not mentioner Joshua who was very friendly and helpful.

Brahms is underrated. They're cherry limeades are delicious and made the old-fashioned way. It's not Sprite with cherry syrup like it other places
