This was a really nice Braum’s. The ice cream was great, and the employee we dealt with was very approachable and friendly. It was busy when we walked in so we talked more than usual and it’s great to interact with employees who aren’t robotic in their tasks.
The workers were helpful but busy! Our food came out 8 minutes after our ice cream was made and it was precisely what we ordered. I was upset they were out of brownies at the counter and the grocery s ction but the customer care and spontaneous courtesy made up for what I felt I was missing!! 😊
Iesha was amazing! She made the experience better than any other that we have had at any bruams in the last few years. She was welcoming and helpful. She took care of every customer she came in contact with the same as she did us. She had a smile the entire time and checked on us. Every location needs more people like her. Thank you
