Buffalo Wild Wings

I arrived to an empty bar, but a busy restaurant. It took more than 30 minutes to get my food. The wedges were hot and fresh, but the tenders were cold and barely tossed in any sauce. This is not my first bad experience at this location, begs to question why I don’t find another BDubs, even if I have to drive a bit further. No excuse for cold food and poor service!

EVERY SINGLE TIME... EVERY TIME I ORDER TO GO I ALWAYS GET MY FOOD 15 minutes or more from the time it says. Today it said 730 why am I just now leaving at 7:50!!! Like it never fails. And I'm sure you get more fries or tator tots if you eat there. Cause that's a small portion as well. So again you don't get a lot of fries, wedges or tator tots on to go orders as you would anywhere else you go and the wait time is crazy. The wait time y'all need to fix that frfr.... Add on: I've made it home and my chicken is hard, old, and overcooked!!! 😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬 I'm so pist and it's this location specifically!!! I'm done. I wipe my hands from y'all cause hell nall I will not spend another dime!!! Ridiculous 🤬🤬🤬

Horrible service. Place was empty and still have to wait 15 mins to be seated. Workers standing around on their phones and talking to each other not attending to guest.

The server was great my onion rings was burnt the wings looked liked they was recooked

Was in town attending a Cowboys game and stopped by for lunch. Chicken Parm sandwich was delicious. Easy to get to.

Don't waste your time with this restaurant yes I used to go here. I went regularly almost every night. I actually worked right next-door so me and my daughter would meet here after I got off work. Long story short after a couple of months of being a regular customer at this restauran.. one night I walk in and the manager comes to my table with my daughter and tells me that I have to leave and they're not going to serve me and ask why? she said well. The last time you came in you didn't pay your ticket and I said well that's not true. I did pay my ticket and Actually what happened was I ordered? It was a very long hair in my Cheese dip
I wanted to replace it. I ask him to replace it.
But I don't think they actually replaced it. I think they gave me the same one he just took the server was new. This i believe was his first day. He lets me know
me well, regardless you still have to pay for that order so I give my daughter $10 bill the ticket which was about five bucks cause I didn't want anything else because I felt like they didn't change out the cheese. Well I did pay for that ticket and I'm not allowed to eat establishment which is a complete lie, I think the way the server acted he took it either way it goes he was. I came back into Restaurant to make sure that he was paid and I saw my kid give the guy $10. This night we rode in a Lyft so I told my daughter to wait. She was waiting for the change She waited for the change and i proceeded to come backl. She tells me he is telling her that they had no change to give her, but the Lyft was already there so I told her don't worry about it let's go

Ended up coming late night after fright fest and everything was on point. Our server at the bar area was name Richard and he was super kool and attentive. Will be back

So I'm a Uber driver setting on bench in lobby waiting on my order all of a sudden there was a roach coming right at me coming from out of the swinging doors from kitchen crawled under my bench headed to other bench I tried stepping on it I missed I told this lady on that bench there's a roach under your bench she jumped up in total fear I pulled bench out showed it to her a cpl employees then asked for manager ..I pulled bench away from wall showed manager by then it was crawling up wall..bout 3/4 customers by this time seen it...told her one roach equals thousands... she didn't attempt to kill it..pushes bench back and ignores it... Thurs 11/6/25...

Did an online pickup order, get there it wasn't ready had to wait a while wasn't ready at the time that it was supposed to be. Get home things are missing like dipping sauce for my child's food and dry rub on my husband wings. Fries don't look fresh hard and cold and the rest of the food was cold.

Can use some improvement on burgers and fries. In addition to more time efficient filling orders.
