This food is nasty as hell , i wanted a refund due to the food being so bland they denied me and which i spend almost $40 and kicked me out . They have no customers because they are over priced and nasty don’t go here it stinks bad also

DO NOT COME HERE! The owners are extremely rude and stingy. We ordered a burger and Philly cheese steak and could smell nothing but mushrooms in our food. They added more mushrooms than meet to be stingy. We were able to stomach the burger but not the Philly cheese steak. We did not eat the Philly cheese steak AT ALL and requested it to be made better or let us order something else. The owners said no and that even if they were to remake it they would make it the same portion (less meat and more mushrooms). We ended up having to pay for food that we DID NOT EAT. I told them to take it to the back because we are not eating it but I will pay since that is the poor customer service they provide. DO NOT come here.
I have taken my time to read the reviews which I certainly should’ve done before coming and WOW! The owner is arguing with customers in the review section. This is beyond appalling and unacceptable. If you don’t like people then you don’t need to be in the service industry!

I still can’t believe that I paid over $9 for a single patty hamburger. I still decided to order based off of the reviews and I was not pleased. I also purchased a daiquiri and was not pleased with it either $22+ thrown away.

A big open space with a great selection of daiquiris to take the edge off. Can't beat a three foot tall cup either
Parking: Plenty of parking in front and on the since of the building
Wheelchair accessibility: No ramps needed, just wheel right in the front door
I have come to this place often in the last two months. Never knew about them bc it’s a corner store with BLACKED OUT tinted windows so who would think that the place is even open? Anyway, tried them for the first time ever on a whim and instantly fell in love in my first visit. Everything was exceptionally fresh and hot and tasty. Never had any issues with this place as far as my order goes. I sent my husband up there to order my regular order, he brings it back to me and I look at my fries, which was incorrect, ok fine, but then when I inspected my burger, it did not have the extra grilled onions that I paid for. The burger only had the “regular amount” of onions that would come on a burger, which that was very short in my opinion too, but definitely not extra. I have been to them plenty of times where I order the extra onions and when my order comes, the onions are falling completely out of the burger bc they had actually put extra onions in. I had my husband to go back and let them know about the wrong fries and also that the onions was not extra. They argued him and said that that was indeed extra onions on the burger and that he ordered crinkled fries instead of straight cut. I was on the phone with him while he ordered to make sure, and they got the burger right, just not the fries. Anyways, mistakes happen. hopefully this won’t be a reoccurring thing bc I love their food and I will be back, It’s a hit every time, but they made a big deal out of it, the guy who took the order in the front and the person who cooked the food. They ended up charging again for extra onions. The amount of “extra onions” that my husband paid for AGAIN, is no where the amount they put on the burger initially. I will try and post pictures as proof. And we are the customers who keep you in business and the customer should always be right, right?

Their phillychesse sandwiches are sooo good, i have to give a 4 stars tho,my girlfirend ate one of the smaller burgers and didnt sit right in her stomch. Maybe just a bad batch.

The food was good!! It was fresh and hot. I would say the only thing is the menu is on the pricer side which is understandable. This place is great for date night but not so much for a family of 6. I would definitely come back but not with the family.

Customer service is trash. I paid $20 for a burger and fries and she tried to charge me for extra packets of ketchup seriously? On top of that burger wasn’t even all that good fries were trash. I’d much rather have better meal at McDonald’s and I would have paid third the price smh ??♂️ OVERRATED!!!!!
