First off, we used to go to the location on the other side of town and the food and prices were better. After they moved, things got worse. My husband had the turkey burger, which was clearly a frozen patty. Their ads say,"Made fresh". My burger in the photo was ok, but the bun was pretty much burnt. To top it off we spent over $100 for 5 of us, and they added %18 gratuity. So I guess they didn't have much to work for with a guaranteed tip. This place has a lot of potential, but def some things to improve to win back our business.

The first time, I thought was a fluke, so we gave you another chance. However, Saturday 2/10/2024, I told my husband we will no longer buy from you anymore. The burgers, fries, and onion rings were "gawd" awful. Did y'all fire the original Chef/Cook? If so get him/her back ASAP.Your food was NASTY ?!!Original review-Exceeded my expectations. I am a very picky eater, so you only get one shot with me. This placed surpassed my expectations. I ordered the 'bacon cheese burger' and my husband got the 'mega extreme burger.' They were so good that we placed the same order the following day. Shameful, I know, but this is how tasty, juicy and fulfilling these burgers were. Unfortunately, our daughter who doesn't eat beef got an order of their chicken strips, complete disappointment as they were overcooked and extremely dry; she is definitely not a fan, but loves their seasoned fries though.

I ordered the Jalapeño burger and my bf ordered the bacon burger. the burgers did not come with fries and we spent $7 to share a side of fries. we also got a 5 count of lemon pepper hot wings. everything we ordered was extremely salty our mouths and lips felt so dry from all the salt on everything. we ordered 2 waters (we don’t drink fountain drinks ever) and she neglected to tell us that they didn’t do tap and charged $2.50 for water bottles. she gave us the check and we looked it over but when she gave us a copy of our receipt she charged us more than the initial receipt said. we didn’t even bother correcting it we just paid and left.

Expired beer. Told the girl. All of them in their fridge were expired. She got me a coke instead. Still charged me for the beer not the coke said she couldn't fix it. Burger was decent. Definitely wouldn't come back here again.

I’m typing this as I’m sitting here! Burger was 10/10. I got the Jalapeño burger and every bite was delicious. I ordered and food was out in no more than 10minEverything is ordered separately so no combos or anything but I’ll definitely return when I’m craving a burger. There are other items besides burgers as well

We found this restaurant on Google maps. Looked up the menu to place a to go order. I go to place the order they proceed to tell me there is no kids menu they are not a kid friendly place.
