I order doordash and got 2 family pack out of my order 4 burgers where missing i had called to write my name down i would go pick them up , because i was busy already and i went up there ans they told me it has passed more days that they couldn't give me my burgers that i paid for not only that i paid to get them delivered and they still forgot to put my food there i went to try to pick them up my self !! Not good at all i paid for them they refuse to give me my burgers back !

If you're here they're probably closed early, the credit card machine isn't working, they're \\\"temporarily closed for 45 minutes\\\" or your order is wrong. I once waited 20 minutes for a burger in the parking lot and it was cold when they finally brought it to me. You're better off going elsewhere. I promise.

what a pity really... their burger patty was dry as hell.Their fries were cold... n their sprite was out, all i got was a gulp full of carbonation and water yuck. Not to mention they waited 5 mins to take my order

I ordered two meals tonight using the Burger King app. The order numbers were 25 and 26. I arrived at the restaurant and they only had order 26 ready. The employee behind the counter told me they never received order 25. I asked to speak to the manager because my credit card had been charged for both orders and I had email receipts that showed what was ordered. Enter Edwyn Vazquez who presented himself as the manager on duty. Not only was he rude and dismissive, he told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do about the order because the money that I was charged went to corporate and not the store. I will not be doing business with this store again due to the apparent lack of customer service training the management staff receives at this particular restaurant.

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. It's Burger King folks! Gourmet it is not. I went by to get the cold chicken sandwich, underdone over salted fries and was NOT disappointed. Gross. One bite of the cold Ch'King and it hit the trash. $9.08 lesson learned.

This Burger King is hit or miss. This time I ordered the Ch'kings but they didn't put any sauce or pickles on them. They were very dry, and food wasn't hot

City of Arlington is under a boil water notice. This Burger King is operating anyway. They are going to make alot of people sick. the manager says they changed their water filters, but you don't change the filters until the boil water notice has been lifted. They are going to make so many people sick

It's a shame that the only BK in the North Arlington area is this subpar. I don't visit frequently, but every time that I do, there's always enough wrong that I don't thoroughly enjoy the experience.This time, the drive-thru menu display was busted open, door swinging around, and the employee on the intercom was curt, trying to get our order as fast as possible like we were an inconvenience. The onion rings were perfect (probably because they had to cook them for me), but the Whopper was luke-warm, especially the bun, which felt like it could have been a fridge prior to my burger.
