I had an amazing experience at Burger King, all thanks to manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. She handled my order with care, made sure everything was perfect, and even checked in to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find managers who truly care about their customers like this. Really bad service lady had an attitude because a previous customer made her mad because they took too long giving them there order so she said she didn’t wanna take my order and told me to leave
The customer service the food and everything I can say this BK location has the best staff overnight they made it happen after a long evening at church and needing much food for the road Ashley Patricia and Carla all of them went above and beyond please Burger King and the manager of this location kudos to this amazing ladies they are amazing and went above and beyond thank you Ashley Patricia and Carla we will be back more and more after a long evening at church.
Never have mobile orders ready always waiting 10 or more minutes after they tell you to pull to the side

Disrespectful asf my friend who is pregnant needed a water cup she grabbed a cup from the counter and left the change on the counter and she called the police because she “reached behind the counter” Susana was the mangers name the one speaking to us very disrespectful as well

MS.SUSAN THE STORE MANAGER WAS AMAZING OUR FOOD WAS FRESH AND SERVED WITH A SMILE THANK YOU ! We went to tan other on 3500 Matlock in Arlington and they were closed they was supposed to be open at 5:30am doors were locked someone was sleep in the parking lot no one there to serve us! This will be the only location we come back to!
