first off there was a DEAD COCKROACH on. my. chair. and then my baby brother was running and hit his head on the metal door jam and his head started bleeding all her the floor. the employees are on their phone at the counter, hear him scream and cry (he’s 2 and a half) and literally look up and then go back to being on their phone. meanwhile a very sweet older man came over and helped. we went to the urgent care nearby and luckily it was an easy fix no stitches required, they used surgical glue. literally awful. this is gross. a CUSTOMER helped and the employees ON THEIR PHONES WHO SAW DIDNT HELP. this is the world we live in. i don’t remember much of what the employees looked like, just one of them. he was a tall mexican edgar with airpods in and a red shirt. anyways literally gross.

Thursday 12/11/2025 at 9:20 p.m I order through the drive thru. So I get home & they gave me the wrong cheese burger. I went back & spoke to a manager I told him the issue with the cheese burger. He was polite, Respectful & had a good attitude & was able to help me out thanks! He even asked me is there anything he can do to improve to have a good experience . Thank you again !

The fact that you're being charged $0.50 for a cup of water, without being told nor any signage up, is bewildering!
Their crispy onion whopper was better than the brisket one to be honest. Bad part is that everything is so high that it cost almost $15 for one large meal. Fast food isnt cheap anymore.

Got to the drive thru, had to wait a good 8-10mins before he took our order. Then we waited for almost 45 minutes behind another person in line. We’re at the window and the hooligans are just laughing and playing while actively ignoring me at the window. I just drove off, no way you see me staring at you and don’t come over to the window.
How is it acceptable to ignore customers in line for close to an hour? Is this an acceptable practice that the manager of this establishment has signed off on?
