Eneyda was so PROFESSIONAL! After a horrible visit last night i decided to come in and speak to another manager. OWEN last night refused to remake my undercooked burgers! You know EVERYBODY is getting there food cooked well done nowawadays! I even seen a well done button for pizza at little Cesar’s !!! I wanted my burger to have the FLAMED grilled lines on it and cooked much longer than usual. He said he couldn’t do it like that and threw my bag at me. Only after i complained about getting food poisoning he refunded my food. The next day ENEYDA the GM was already aware and advise me she advise him a safe method to cook it longER!!!! YALL PLEASE SEND THIS LADY AROUND TO ADVISE ALLLL THE LOCATIONS!!!! I mean my burger looked like the commercial!!!! Nice and brown and the infamous flame grilled lines on my burger!!! THANK YOU ENEYDA!!! And I appreciate you acknowledging people like food coooooooked longer !

I normally do not like eating at fast food restaurants due to bad service at all times. But today, I gave it a shot for my daughter because she really wanted Burger King. The ladies that worked the drive-thru on July 11th afternoon shift we're so sweet and the food was great.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered two Whoppers and it was $15 for the two burgers. My husband and I had sticker shock, but we were both craving a Whopper because we had not had one in years. We got home and took a bite of the burger and we both said those burgers are so worth the high price. The lady at the window was very pleasant when she took our order and processed our payment.

We stopped at our local BK on our way out of town. After getting on the highway, we realized our two whopper meals were missing the Swiss cheese we paid extra for, our fries were cold and stale and our drinks were wrong. We called maybe 20 minutes after we left to let the manager know what was going on. He took down my husbands name and assured us they would remake our meals. When we returned, we went in to get our meals. Unfortunately, we lost the receipt but we did have the transaction to show on our bank account and this is how the manager was able to pull up the receipt. This manager tells us we can only get the burgers remade. He gave us much attitude. My husband gave it back then he called the manager above him and he agreed with the store manager. Burgers only. We have never been treated so unfairly and rude. We were only expecting what we were promised. And that was our meals remade due to the stores initial mistakes. Because of this negligence, we will, from now on, drive an additional 10 minutes to a different Burger King location. FYI: the burgers they remade were cold and not fresh.
