You should probably update your hours and light up your menu in the drive thru. Online says open till midnight got here at 10:15PM to be informed that their closed.

Went thru the drive thru sat there for over 8 mins. Pulled up to the window to ask if they were closed and she said they are busy in the inside. I asked if I need to come in and she said yes. Came in and the store was a mess!

We were driving by Burger King and decided it would be a good hamburger and we were hungry. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the dining area. While waiting for my turn to order, I admired the counter person who was patient and attentive. For my order I asked about any specials and he told me about the 2 for $5 Whopper Jr. The burgers were very tasty, just like BK makes them.

good to see that I'm not the only one that has had repeated problems here. literally every time I go here, they are closed. I went at 9:05 pm last night and they had all the lights off. The guy had the headset on and we waited for three minutes. I drove to the window and he was peeking from behind the drink machine but not taking orders. I'm not sure what's going on since they don't close until midnight. But this has happened repeatedly only at this location. It's crazy to me. Had to be owned by someone who is ok losing money.

Always get Impossible Whopper Love it! Have it made Vegan by microwave Burger and no mayo.
The staff was rude. I asked for fresh meat because the last time I was there the meat was cold. Food was ready to soon. So I touched the meat. It was cold. I asked them to re make my order and they refused. Drive thru person threw the receipt on the counter for my refund .Was more worried about getting the cup back then satisfying a customer. The manager refused to give me a name and number of a person employed by Burger King that cared about customer service.

This location has a very rude manager named edeina. I asked for more ranch, i had 3 meals & was only provided one. She gave me one more & i asked if i could have one more she said no that it would be 27 cents more even though i had only been provided with one the first time. The point here is she was very rude about it. Their is other ways of responding to things. She also proceeded to talk about me & the situation with one of her employees which she didn’t know i would catch because i was on my way back to ask for her name & to ask if she was the manager. Very ugly & unprofessional.

when i got there i ordered my food happy but then they said they didnt have almost the whole menu and when i got my nuggets they were soggy and old there fries are old and soggy btw idc if my paragraph didnt make sense i said what i said so burger king sucks
