Hamburger was delicious. Ordered tater tots with the hamburger and there was barely any tater tots and they were overcooked and the meal cost a dollar more than it did at another location for the same exact meal

Husband and I try to eat out at a new place at least once a week. This week, Burger Street. Though no customers in the lobby (which we prefer), they were definitely busy through the drive thru. Jean took our order, quick and accurate while still managing the drive thru. And Netty cooked our food, hot and fresh, definitely can tell everything is made to order. Place looked very clean and absolutely adorable inside. Makes me feel like I'm at home. They're hidden amongst other very popular food places, but definitely give this place a visit.! Very filling and worth your while. Will be coming back when I'm in the area.!

Small place hidden amongst popular food places. A little pricey for burgers BUT it's definitely worth it. Walking in its not much to look at but kinda feels like home. The best burgers and curly fries I've ever eaten in a good while. The 2 women that helped us were super friendly and sounded like they were having a lot of fun. Pretty amazing over all. Will definitely be coming back more often :)
This location is very run down and needs new management ASAP. I'm surprised they are actually still open as dead as they are everyday. I just stopped at 12:20pm PRIME TIME FOR LUNCH. They had the front door locked so customers couldn't enter the Lobby but they were serving customers through the drive through window. Do us all a favor and just close this location already.

The workers in this place have the worst attitudes in the world. I mean do you really have to be that rude? De’Aja was rude as hell and the the chick with the short Afro maybe the manager; she had a horrible attitude as well. Won’t be back. I do t do attitudes and the place wasn’t that clean.

I ain't even gonna lie it took a little bit longer than I'm use to for any restaurant but gawd dam was that burger delicious fresh tasty and amazing fries were the best curly I've had in a long time I wish large would be larger but hey if that's your companys way of doing that so be it.But my respect to your cook because that #2 combo was too dam good to be true very polite nice young lady at the window as well thank you guys it was well worth it!!!!!!!

Subpar customer service at the window. The lady acted like she was irritated she had to take my order ans then proceeded to talk to coworkers and other customers with headset on so everyone could hear. It's cost too much and the service is too slow to deal with bad customer service issues

Been eating burger street for 30 years. 10$ for a burger is crazy but it's always a hit. I'll just make it at home next time.
Came have quick lunch before work bad idea. Food took well over 20 min and wasn’t even hot. Two workers but it was not even busy. My dad asked lady for water she refused said she had to charge.

I usually use doordash and get food from the Burger Street around Camp Bowie and Alta mere. For some reason doordash shows the store is no longer available with them. So I used Uber Eats to order and the app chose the location all the way across Fort Worth from me. I can say after 1 try, I will never willingly go to that location. The frozen lemonade was barely frozen, when they can usually stay slushy like for quite awhile. The fries were soggy. The burger somehow got a massive amount of pickle juice inside it so the bun just shredded to pieces when I tried to pick it up because it was so soggy. The burger also didn't taste very good, the patties were like rubber, I did not get the extra onions I paid for, and it was like they cut one slice of cheese in half to put on the two separate patties. I was only able to take two bites of the burger before I just gave it to the dog.

The two older ladies are doing the best they can with just them two. Place needs more help. Drive-thru cash register not working properly and water leaking from the ceiling. Other than that, the lady cooking was doing her thang.
