The workers in this place have the worst attitudes in the world. I mean do you really have to be that rude? De’Aja was rude as hell and the the chick with the short Afro maybe the manager; she had a horrible attitude as well. Won’t be back. I do t do attitudes and the place wasn’t that clean.

I ain't even gonna lie it took a little bit longer than I'm use to for any restaurant but gawd dam was that burger delicious fresh tasty and amazing fries were the best curly I've had in a long time I wish large would be larger but hey if that's your companys way of doing that so be it.But my respect to your cook because that #2 combo was too dam good to be true very polite nice young lady at the window as well thank you guys it was well worth it!!!!!!!

Subpar customer service at the window. The lady acted like she was irritated she had to take my order ans then proceeded to talk to coworkers and other customers with headset on so everyone could hear. It's cost too much and the service is too slow to deal with bad customer service issues

The two older ladies are doing the best they can with just them two. Place needs more help. Drive-thru cash register not working properly and water leaking from the ceiling. Other than that, the lady cooking was doing her thang.

The cheeseburger by itself is ten dollars! And that combo was fourteen! Never again! The fries were smaller than a McDonald’s happy meal fry order!

My burger was literally burnt tonight and I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Totally inedible. Usually they are better than that but something definitely went wrong this time. Guess my dinner is curly fries!

Updated Review August 2023From 2 stars to 4.I found myself always revisiting Burger Street. Why? Because this is consistently one of the best burgers in Arlington. Fresh veggies, hamburger patties are simply outstanding. Courteous service & now clean.This is my 2nd review. My 1st review dates back 2 years.I am shocked! What happened? This Burger Street was my Number 1 drive thru for a juicy burger. Operative word is WAS.I am setting at the drive thru as I write this review. This is the dirtiest, unclean establishment I have ever seen. The drive thru windows are so dirty you can't see through them. The whole place looks nasty. Threw my burger order away. Sad.

Delicious burgers! The Olive Burger is a must-try (if you like olives!). Everything was great, but the BLT might be the best value! LOADS of bacon! The onion rings were very crispy, even after the ride home! VERY good. My only knock here is it is a bit pricy. But you know what they say? A good burger isn’t cheap, and a cheap burger isn’t good. That definitely applies here!
