I used to come this restaurant a lot in the past and we did not go back for a while since the food is not as good as it used to be. We came to this restaurant several times in past couple weeks and was surprised with the food was excellent, the price was decent, and the customer service was great. The manager told us that the owner has changed to the same owner of Com Ga Houston located Houston. We used to live in Houston over 16 years ago and went many times to Com Ga Houston in Houston and the manager is definitely correct about the new owner is the same in Com Ga in Houston since the food is taste like the one in Houston.

I had the chicken salad with cabbage and banana blossom, served with rice. Everything was delicious, and the staff were friendly and provided great service.

Disappointing experience all around. Prices feel misleading and inconsistent—extra charges added with little to no explanation, overpriced sides (even basic white rice), and combination bowls not matching what was actually served. On top of that, service was dismissive when concerns were brought up instead of being addressed or corrected.
Customer service is lacking, pricing feels like a cash grab, and transparency is nonexistent. Even payment was an issue, with credit card machines “not working” and no notice until checkout.
Food itself is average at best—not worth the stress or the bill. I’d much rather drive a little further and go to the Garland location, where the service and experience have consistently been better. Won’t be returning to this one.

Food was good. Make sure to call ahead if coming in after a big holiday as they my be out of menu items when you arrive. I came for the Curry Banh Mi but they were out, asked about the Bho Kho Banh Mi and they were out, asked for a Banh Uot and they were out. I settled for Com Ga special, it was OK just not filling, see the attached picture for portion size. Prices listed on the menu have not been updated, so when paying expect it to be more expensive. My plate in the picture cost $18.00. My wife's bowl of Bun Bo Hue cost $18.00 also.

We waited in line for at least 30 minutes. The host let his friends who came in sit immediately at a table. We never got any service since we just left after this.

“I had such a great experience at Cơm Gà Houston in Arlington! The food was absolutely delicious – the chicken was flavorful and the rice was perfectly cooked. The staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for tasty Vietnamese food with excellent service!”
The food was authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It was yummy. The menu is mostly chicken-based, but there are a lot of other specials. The service was great, too.

The quality has gone downhill so badly. I used to stop by this place here and there since they opened and was almost always pleasant with the experience.
We had a bun mang vit and a com ga houston today. The meat in my com ga was cold! Very cold! It’s like they pulled it out of the fridge and didnt bother to heat it up. Service was also bad I asked for blanched veggie that comes with bun mang and it didnt come blanched. She also forgot the Vietnamese coffee too.

I have never written a review before. This is my first time because of the disappointment. My dad drove nearly 2 hours and 30 mins since he loves chicken rice plate. He also ordered one Togo ( number 8 in menu ). We asked the server to give extra sauces for the order, even we can buy extra. Finally, after all, when we opened, there is no sauce as well as no cabbage in the order. I do not know how you guys run business. Please check everything before giving to customer. Thank you !!!
Under new management. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down — the fish sauce isn’t good anymore, the noodle soup wasn’t hot, and the flavor was bland. Disappointed
Unsanitary
I order one of bún riêu what the hell the pork GGF people just want what the hell and plus I’ll be OK. I asked extra and I don’t want the pork and they gave me extra pork extra tofu. It doesn’t taste good and there’s no taste at all. you taste so sweet and it doesn’t taste good so yeah it’s really bad., and then they say next time I come back, I’ll give you a discount. I don’t even know I’m come back next time. Why are you not give me my money back or give me what I order that part back
This place is a rip off. We ordered 2 basic standard chicken noodle bowls, there was an additional $2 charge on our dishes. Exactly for what? My wife ordered a side dish to go with the noodles, typically $4-$12 max, they charged us $20! I asked for a small side order of white rice for my 3 yr old daughter, $8; WTH? On top of taxes and 20%, they also tacked on a service fee of $1.83. Overpriced for average food. They place probably won’t last.
