I had Cameron as my massage therapist today and she did a great job. It seems someone doesn't know what its doing. I was finally charged for my membership Sept 2nd and the girl at the front desk said "you were not charged for your membership" For some crazy reason today I got charged 37.75, 65.00 and 10.00 When I asked the young girl up front why I was charged and she could not answer me.The tip was charged on my credit card. I am just so tired of these mistakes happening. I just canceled my membership which I had for years. The owner has more than one manager and they just can't do their job. I will continue to get my hair done with Natalia.

I have been a client at Daireds for years. A couple of weeks ago I had a small hiccup. BUT...Daireds owner called me on his personal phone to take care of things. I was so shocked and so pleased there are no words. What a wonderful thing that his business has grown so greatly and yet he is still so connected to what’s going on. That speaks volumes for his salon. I’m just one person. I figured what would my issue matter in the big picture! I just can’t say enough how nice it was that I felt like every single person that enters those doors matters.

They had come highly recommended and I needed regular spa services since I work too much. I could only get in for a massage. I was told the masseuse was new to the spa but no complaints, well... he kept falling asleep during my massage. I told someone at the front (who ended up telling multiple front desk ladies) there was no follow up. Buyer beware.

My husband treated me and a couple of my friend's to a spa day. it was our first time it was an excellent experience. we had a spa package which included a 50 minute hot rock massage, lunch and a pedicure..It was so good i will be returning
