Recent Reviews

After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.

First time customer! Food is good and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Shout out to Britney for helping me decide on a menu item and being patient. I'll be back. Your smile was warming.

Cava’ Arlington location has a wonderful staff, great customer service mostly importantly delicious food that keeps me coming back daily! Lol love the cashier Brittany she’s amazing!! Thank you guys
