Charleys Cheesesteaks

If anyone in management that bothers reading reviews in Charley's take one thing away from this very long review, the service/timing completely fails this Charley's. I ordered here really frequently in person, then switched to online pickup for convenience. They have only ever had my order ready TWICE when I walk up. I even place my order up to 15 minutes before I go on break to give them time because I am aware it doesn't take 30 seconds to make a philly like any other fast food. My biggest problem in this long review i write, is when ANYBODYYY makes an online order, you prioritize it, because they have already paid in advance for this service. By the time I had the order scheduled vs when I actually got it, it took 20 minutes to make my order I placed in advance. At the end of the day, it's just highly annoying because I only have an hour, and a quarter of it was used just standing. It's just ridiculous, definitely my last order I'll ever make at this location which is quite sad.

Wanted to try a cheese steak for the first time. Didn't live up to the hype IMO. 2 start rating because the cashier kept 82¢. It's pretty expensive to begin with, you don't have to keep my change. Won't give another shot over it.

Being able to have access to a Philly cheesesteak in the middle of the day is a dream come true. Always delicious. But at times could have more meats on the sandwich.

I've always liked charleys, but this time, I placed my order online and arrived to still have to wait 10 minutes while on my lunch break. Won't even get into the fact that I paid at least 4 dollars more because I ordered online.. so this experience was the worst but not a complete reflection of Charley's since I usually enjoy it. The food was correct and good.

Please be careful while eating out. I went to Parks Mall today to order me cheese fries with bacon. I took a couple of bites as I was getting ready to take a 3rd bite. I noticed a German roach. I went to get a refund. I didn't get a sorry or nothing. I'm so grossed out?

I made an online order should have been ready when I arrived however it was at at least 20 minutes waiting. I paid 20 dollars for 2 Philly cheese steak subs I thought that I needed not to check out my order after all with all the time spent waiting this has to be right oh how wrong I was there was no cheese none nada just a shriveled up bun with something that looked like meat. I am just as upset with me because I failed to take a picture of this garbage so when it comes to the reviews of Charleys Cheesesteaks I ended up throwing the bread away and cut the what looked like meat for the dogs. This post reflects just how much anger I am shocked that something like this to occur knowing that there will be reviewed.
