I made an online order should have been ready when I arrived however it was at at least 20 minutes waiting. I paid 20 dollars for 2 Philly cheese steak subs I thought that I needed not to check out my order after all with all the time spent waiting this has to be right oh how wrong I was there was no cheese none nada just a shriveled up bun with something that looked like meat. I am just as upset with me because I failed to take a picture of this garbage so when it comes to the reviews of Charleys Cheesesteaks I ended up throwing the bread away and cut the what looked like meat for the dogs. This post reflects just how much anger I am shocked that something like this to occur knowing that there will be reviewed.

Never online order from here!! The first order I ever placed took 20 minutes and this one today took 30 minutes. After I politely asked the status of my order after waiting 30 minutes for it, they said they’d call me when it was ready. They don’t give you a number for them to let you know when you place an online order if it’s ready. The workers there were so rude to me and I spent my whole lunch break from work in line. Horrible service!!

The food was fine. Too much sauce or too little. It is very cold inside the restaurant and the line is way too long. The lemonade stuff keeps getting stuck on the bottom of the cup. Kinda a scam.

Charleys is my go to resturant @ least once a week. My taste buds are on point, when it comes to tasting good food. The double cheesesteak is my favorite. It's seasoned nicely. Buns are soft just a mixture of goodness.

Charley's was decent! I got the regular sized Philly cheese steak combo with cheese fries. Definitely filling! I liked the cheese steak sandwich, but was just kind of disappointed by the fries. They felt like they were not cooked enough (not very crunchy) and the cheese on the fries reminded me of the nacho cheese served at theaters. That processed cheese type of taste, color, and texture. I didn't mind it. Just wish the fries were a bit better. :)

I purchased a combo hete yesterday and I was sooooo disappointed. Charlie's has always been my go to for lunch at the mall (I don't go mall shopping that often). But the fries were not the same. They were horrible and the quality is so cheap now. The fries used to be thick cut and served with seasoned salt in a cup. Now, they're skinny, flavorless, and just sad. Also, everything was just thrown into a styrofoam box. The service isn't the same either. I won't be going back again. I rated it 1 star but they deserve zero stars.

I visted on soft opening say. Cashier smiled and took my order and verified my order correctly. Took only 5 minutes get my order as they were busy. Old fashion sandwich was hot and very good. Will definitely be returning soon to have the boneless

My cheesesteak was not only made incorrectly per my order but also had wax paper in it! 2 large cheesesteak thrown in the trash! Ordered the ultimate bacon and cheese fries and my guess is they forgot and just threw random fries in the same box with one of the cheesesteaks. No combo was ordered. 3 individual items. But the random fries took the cake! I will not be a returning customer. ?
A guy was sitting next to me and had order cheese fries. He discovered a thin piece of sheered metal in his food. He pointed it out to the manager and the manager responded like it as not a big deal. After seeing that, I will never order from them.
