Use to be my spot for the best chicken teriyaki... I honestly don't even know what I just bite into. I wasnt greeted and then you couldn't even understand the cashier because he was so soft spoken and didn't speak good English. My food was horrible I recommend going to the one in Walmart of Roosevelt... The best

Usually have a pretty good experience at Charley’s. This is our first time at this location. Very disappointed in the false advertising. The sign at the register says “Any Small Chicken & Fry” $6.99. When the employee rang it in, it came up as $7.49. When this was brought up to them, they tried to explain it by saying that it was because we added the drink, which as the receipt shows when the drink is added it would be $8.49. When we pointed this out, one of the other employees seemed to be getting annoyed and told our cashier “I’ll pay the difference”, obviously this was not what we intended, and we did pay the full amount. It is still frustrating when a business does not honor their own advertisements. We did ask for the manager on duty, but we were told they had left for the day.

There are plenty Charley's not on the Riverfront that give good service. I'd recommend going to one of the other food places in the mall and on the Riverwalk. My daughter and her friend stood in line for several minutes with other customers, when the person in front of her got their order she patiently waited to be acknowledged while the staff either ignored her or grinned, talked in another language and then tapped on someone to gesture them to tell my daughter and her friend they were closed. No warning no comment for several minutes and my daughter stood in a line of 20 to make her order. No explanation why the cut off was the customer right before her, no explanation why it took several minutes of her standing there for someone to say something, just rude service. There's literally a restaurant that advertised rudeness if that's what you're looking for, and there are plenty of Charley's with decent service, and courteous staff, I recommend any other restaurants on the Riverwalk and any other Charley's NOT in the river center mall if you want a cheese steak sandwich.
