I was wanting to try this place because people recommend it, I went to the ladies room to wash my hands that should've been a red flag, when I was about to take a bite of my salad I saw a roach crawling toward me and I was grossed out!!! I called the server she and let her know and she saw it and immediately ran to the back to look for the manager but was no where to be found, so I walked out!

Today I went to Cheddars and got the fish and shrimp with red beans and rice and green beans. I give it a 6 out of 10. Green beans were a little too hard for my liking. I really like the red beans and rice ( hard to find red beans and rice this good). Fish and shrimp were ok, needed seasoning.

I Called to place order, 2pm i sat on phone till 218pm, I arrived before someone answered the phone. Ordered food. Very nice young lady took my order but they definitely need more help. Dirty plates along bar, sticky aswell.
Not really busy so i dont understand delay in taking orders or cleaning up bar

Bar none, the worst chicken fried chicken I've ever had... soggy, not flat - balled up, over cooked.... big disappointment. Guess this is how they handle take out food.

This was my first time visiting a Cheddar's establishment. Server was excellent and attentive. Atmosphere was excellent. My New Orleans pasta was sub par. Shrimp and pasta were over cooked and under seasoned but the chicken inside the pasta was seasoned well. The appetizer cheese balls were good. I'd give it another try but I would order another entree.

Karadavion W OMG this man right here needs a raise or to be promoted! I watched him wait on 5 tables simultaneously and he didn’t miss a beat! He got out good out fast and checked on us regularly and held great conversation with each table! Friendly and customer service superb!!!!

We went to get something small, and the garden salads were very filling. Sweet tea is yummy. Rich flavor and no bite.
This location has lost its touch. In the last few times I've been there, the service was slow even though there was no crowd, and the food was not hot.
