This was by far my worst experience with cheddars. Let's start off with the fact that I've enjoyed this place so much in the past 15-20 years. But this location literally made me sick to my stomach. My steak taste like rubbery fish and just not like steak at all. The broccoli cheese rice was way too mushy and where was the crust??? I had lemonade with my strawberries,not strawberries with my lemonade I want yall to let that sink in. My food was lukewarm when it's supposed to be made fresh? Very questionable if you ask me. Crossiants were the only thing carrying this trip.The chicken fried chicken my daughter ordered was soggy and just didn't taste good. I'm so disappointed but hopefully this review will kick some changes into gear because the food was not good at all today!!

I will give this restaurant a lot of credit. I called 10 mins ahead of time to ask if they could take 16 of us at lunch time. They said they could. We got there and didn’t have to wait long before being sat.
The only thing I found odd were the tables were bolted to the floor. So we all had to sit at different tables because they couldn’t make one long one.
Our server was a rock star and got all our drinks and food correct and in a timely manner.
The food was very good and reasonably priced.
Kid-friendliness: This is a very casual, kid friendly restaurant. We had 6 kids with us and they all found food they liked and could be kids.

What a disaster. The restaurant was filthy. I’ve never seen so much crap on the floor. Before they could seat us they said they needed to clean the table. The. We were told the waitress isn’t ready. They tried to seat us in the bar but at separate tables. We walked out. I will not be going to the location on little road again. It is really run down. The hostess in my opinion was rude.

Our food was yummy and our server, Nehemiah, was super nice! You can go anywhere to eat, but it's nice to have a friendly server who takes care of ya'!
I believe the people working the bar today are racist! Eat here alot, always good. Sat at a bar table today alone? No service for 10 mins. 4 black people walk in, sit at the bar, the menus hit the bar before their but hit their seats. 4 people working in bar, all black. I'm not racist at all but this was ridiculous! They walked right by me!

Server is a very nice young guy. The restaurant is dirty. Two hostess at the front who could grab a broom and sweep up something but they are standing there talking to each other. I am writing this as we have been at our table for over 45 minutes waiting on our food. I come because the food is great but the floors are really nasty with crumbs and broken up food everywhere and the bathrooms are nasty with no paper towels and broken locks for the stalls. The menus they gave us are caked with dirty dried food on them which is nasty. I think there is a lack of servers possibly and wait staff. The croissants are amazing. Not sure if it’s because it’s a scratch kitchen that the food takes so long to come out but I wouldn’t have negative things to say if the restaurant felt clean but it does not as I said the floors are sticky and the carpet where the tables are have food and filth all over them. Waited over 45 minutes to be seated and now just waiting for food. Just be patient if you come here and ignore the crunching as you walk to your table ☺️. I will say this as I was in the bathroom a woman who possibly had dementia came out of the stall and was extremely confused. A server came in to use the restroom and immediately went to help her find her table and way out of the restroom. That to me is a really good person. Great place just needs a touch of cleaning! I’m not OCD but dirty menus always give me a nasty feeling.

It had been a while since I had visited but we were disappointed. The food had no real flavor or was just barely seasoned. The restaurant was dingy and needed cleaning. The staff was talking between themselves more than actually serving.
I won't be visiting again after being disappointed.
